We had a vacation in August with two families. It took a long time to get there, but the owner, Ivan, met me in the dead of night and helped me get settled. The place is perfect, the sea is literally 70 meters away, and the sea is the cleanest. Parking for cars inside the courtyard, a shared kitchen, a free washing machine with powder and rinses (for many others - for a fee), a refrigerator and freezers, as well as a refrigerator in each room. The air conditioners are working, hot and cold water is constantly running. The water itself is delicious from its own well. Ivan is constantly on site and ready to help resolve any issue. And how cool it is to sit in the yard in the evening, or on the track on the second floor, or swing in a hammock. And go to the sea at night in swimming trunks. A barbecue with coals, as well as an outdoor shower to rinse off after the sea. In short, if I go there again, I will only stop there. Hello Abkhazia, Ivan hello!

The rooms have everything you need: wardrobe, cabinets, refrigerator, air conditioning. Bathroom for each room. The kitchen is shared - dishes, refrigerators, washing machine. It is 3 minutes to the sea, 5 minutes to the nearest store. Everything is close and canteens, cafes, and excursions. The territory is clean, tables, hammock, swimming pool, shower are at guests' disposal. I recommend it!

We rested well and quite cheaply, the kitchen has a large stove, a microwave, a TV in the kitchen, a washing machine, a mongal zone and a cauldron. The rooms have air conditioning, showers, a bathroom, I liked everything and most importantly 100 meters from the sea!!!
