I bought a lip for a BMW e36, outright garbage came. What's in the photo in the ad and what's coming are completely different things. And he can't answer all the complaints, he just ignores them.

I bought here and was going to buy more, until one moment. I bought an m-bumper on the e39, it didn't fit through the gaps, well, okay. In their group, on a post with the same body kit, their client wrote in a comment that he was not even standing in the photo according to the gaps. Everything is in fact, without negativity. After that, he flew to the blacklist. Customer orientation at the level.
By the way, with regard to the comments below, not a word about politeness, it feels like they are doing you a favor by selling some spare part. And when buying the bumper, I paid in rubles at the rate of conditionally 2.55, according to the seller's calculation, the price turned out to be such that, apparently, the rate was taken into account about 2.8. After five minutes of disputes, they gave it at the usual rate on the day of payment.
