At first glance, everything is fine: the showroom is normal, the manager is cheerful, the team will arrive right the next day, they laid it with high quality. But as a result, the precipitation is such that the hand does not raise more than 2 stars, and we write off another one because of the arrogant tone of the manager in the final conversation on our claim. There were immediately signs of oddities - too talkative, rudeness dressed up as jokes, haste, constant pronouncing "you already know better than me," and the answer to some questions in the intonation "what are you? can't you catch up on your own?" etc. At one point, I even had to make a remark about the inadmissibility of a mocking tone. The saddest thing is that the puzzle "somewhere there is a catch" came together when it was too late - everything was paid for, the laminate was laid... It was the usual format, like in any showroom, you look, you ask, but the friend seemed to be in a hurry somewhere and "since you've already arrived, choose quickly, the contract is ready and go away." The client cannot and should not know whether geometric laying (combining the pattern of the pattern) is required for each specific laminate. On the samples, this is a small square that does not give a fully aligned image. There are neutral patterns, and there are designs that require matching patterns. Isn't it the manager's job to warn/suggest? And the client already chooses to bother with geometric styling (laminate is then taken with a large margin) or choose a design where it does not matter. After all, even in the contract there is a note about the installation option - either in a different way, or geometrically, or diagonally... We were not warned about the laminate we chose, which would look creepy in a variety of ways... The stackers arrived very quickly, the room is small, they did everything quickly too, there are no complaints here. We go in and oops... - it turns out that there is such a clear pattern of the wood texture that it is downright UGLY when the pattern does not match. The funny guy in the showroom didn't do his job a fig, and he got a stake precisely for not recognizing the joint with the hit-and-run "you should have known for yourself." Of course, he doesn't care, and that's fine, otherwise he would have "burned out" at work, and now we have an ugly floor. Well, it's clear to everyone that this is all for a pretty penny... Summary: the handlers are all good, but it would be necessary to wash work clothes more often, otherwise there was a serious ambergris))) The salesman/manager in the showroom brought us to our full potential. Learn, sir, to be attentive to your clients. Since there is no other way to influence, except as a review, then at least with a review we will fight for zen and the "acceptance" of the ugly sex. Good luck to all, be careful, require an image of the pattern pattern for each laminate.

They swore to take it off so they could redo it. They wanted money for the alterations. As a result, the linoleum clippings were glued in so that the pattern would match. Then the wallpaper was damaged in three places, only after the gluing. As a result, the skirting board on the balcony was not installed, but they were asked to calculate it, they promised to come and finish it, they are not picking up the phone now. They promised Tuesday to be Wednesday, and already on Friday, no one arrived or called back.

I do not recommend contacting this company. The work is not done efficiently, the laminate has risen in several places. To fix the shortcomings, they had to be called for several weeks. The master who laid is fired. They don't fix it themselves, look for the one who put it. The installation of the skirting board is a separate story. They do not respond to messages, they are rude on the phone. They say you didn't understand for yourself that we answered you and these are your problems. Look for someone else if you need to. Write reviews, I don't care. And they hang up the phone. There is no customer orientation.

And so, the commander of this "ship" is Alexey, Alya is a sales consultant, and most importantly, he is frozen from God (more on that later....), all in one bottle. They called for a free measurement, but it turned out that 30p ahhahaha was still measured. Okay.... We're moving on... Taking the roulette in his hands, Alexey, like a real samurai, began waving it, clearly fingering his fingers and calculators in order to accurately measure everything, and later announced the cost. The movers, the handsome ones, delivered everything and put it neatly. The installation masters worked 100% on the installation, but as it turned out during the installation process, we almost did not have enough... and there was only 1-2 extra pieces left from the laminate. We agreed that they would finish how everything would arrive, but still merged, as did Mr. Samurai Alexey himself. I decided to call Alexey to explain why it was not enough, and how he measured it so, to which I received the answer that everything would be fine, everything would be delivered and this happens.. In general, I fed breakfast and did not deliver anything, although I said that the movers were already knocking on my door))). Alexey likes to post videos on Instagram where he calls those who changed their minds about contacting him chushpans. The only question is, Alexey, who is the real chushpan here? I don't think I can find a worse approach to working with clients, I was canceled 4 times for the delivery of my goods, without notifying me. 4 times I freed up my time to accept an order that was never sent to me. The head himself created a conflict that he did not even try to solve. He simply stopped responding to my calls and messages. What is the reason, it is still a mystery, you dial 5 times, in 3 days, 1 time he picks up, promises to call back and disappears. As I understand it, I communicated with Alexey, who is the owner. So, in any case, I do not advise you to place orders in this store. Otherwise, like me, you will lose a couple of weeks of time, you will shift your plans, and then you will order at another store with normal service) How this passenger works is a mystery to many. Unfortunately, because we arrived at the district at 14:30, we did not have time to arrange an installment plan, because we did not really know how much and what we needed. We decided that we would order through an online store or drive up on any other working day. Having arrived already on 26.09.23, at 12 o'clock in the afternoon, the seller was not at the workplace. The person deigned to answer the phone calls after a while. And he said that he had lunch. Although, this was not mentioned anywhere. In operation mode, that's for sure. Speaking of coming back after 5 minutes, 10 minutes have passed, and he has not returned.

I had to put it myself, as a result - two pieces of linoleum did not have enough length. Suggested substitutions of one to hide the missing part of the other segment. For 3 days in a row they said, "Dada, they will bring it today."
The staff is very fond of being rude and ignoring.

We are very disappointed with the work of this company.
They were invited to take measurements with samples in an apartment that they did not live in due to repairs. We were promised to arrive from 18:00 to 21:00.
We waited. Tired after work. And in the apartment the walls were empty, there was not even a toilet…
As a result, no one came. They didn't even call to warn me that it wasn't working. And they didn't call back at all.
I was on my way home and I was crying. What is this attitude for? I can understand force majeure, etc. but you can at least call…Be human.
Their Instagram is beautiful, but their attitude towards customers is not.
