The rooms are cozy and clean, the staff is responsive, the hotel itself is located in the courtyard of the house away from the noise and smoke of cars, there is also a cozy private courtyard where you can sit and enjoy your morning coffee

A small, cozy hotel in the center of Yerevan. Clean, fresh, cozy. The lack of breakfasts and balconies is disappointing, but this is probably due to the small building area, the hotel is located in the courtyard.

Everything is very cool nearby, the room is clean, the staff is very helpful, the only minus is probably the trouble with parking, well, as they promised, they placed us, and a couple of minor disadvantages do not interfere with life
