We were with our family in September 2021, the hotel was recommended by a friend who lives and works in Cancun, advised as the cleanest hotel.And yes, the hotel is very clean, the staff is attentive and friendly. A large area, a lot of animals, we have wiles, noseheads, hummingbirds, monkeys, deer and many different lizards and birds. The pools are not deep but quite pleasant, you can swim and play ball. We were in the midst of Mexico's weekend (Independence Day), the tourists were mostly local, they are very funny people, they laugh a lot and relax with large families. The food was varied and delicious, despite the fact that the staff did not understand the word vegetarian, vegetable food was quite tasty, there was an abundance. Unfortunately, the juices are not too natural, there were absolutely no coconut products on the menu, which surprised me).
There is an ATM in the lobby that charges a pretty impressive percentage for cash withdrawals of 10.5% + just a commission of $ 8.5, of course we were upset about such a robbery, but then we found out that this is still a normal deal, because ATMs in the Chichenica area charge 21%. And the most normal way to withdraw money is to find a bank in any city and there will be a commission of 47 pesos, and there will be no interest at all.
There are a lot of shops on the territory, well, with inflated prices, of course, but all the fun stuff is collected there. But specifically for a souvenir, it's better to go to Playa Del Carmen. This is a small town not far away.
A taxi has a very unpleasant cost for a Russian wallet, but it is the cheapest way to get to Playa Del Carmen, around 350 pesos.
The hotel's beach is well equipped, large umbrellas covered with grass give a pleasant cool shade. The sea is fenced off from the shore for about 100 m, probably so that there are no large waves. but it's safe for children.We followed the waves to the beach of a nearby hotel.
The algae were, depending on the weather, rather even on the direction of the wind, then there were a lot of them, then just a little bit. Some people write that algae is just grass and nothing like that, but this is not the case, some of them have pieces of coral and you can get burned. Which is what happened to me.therefore, densely floating algae is best avoided.
Evening entertainment programs are on an average level, but the artists are trying very hard to get the most out of themselves, circus, stunt, dance numbers. For those who like to stare, in general, it's even fun. I'm not a fan of passive entertainment.
The gym is not big, but with a decent set of exercise equipment. With a view of the jungle (but cultivated).
The overall impression of the hotel is pleasant, the territory is in perfect order, there is no garbage or anything like that. The hotel denies straws, plastic disposable cups, so everywhere there are bins with separate garbage, cup holders that you have emptied. The plants are all well maintained.
Room cleaning workers do not know English, so install applications to communicate in Spanish and do not trust this Google translator, it offers options that no one understands)

A great hotel, a large territory, everything is green, there are a lot of animals, noses, raccoons, iguanas, and a lot of which I don't even know. The food is very good and of high quality, almost around the clock, drinks, cocktails are just like a river and everything is good. Yes, the beach is not very good, but we went on excursions and swam there in synods, in underground caves and took us to very beautiful beaches. I recommend visiting the Shkaret Park-it's just a bomb, beauty, everything is organized for 5+. The rooms are not new, but the cleaning and replenishment of the mini bar daily, the mini bar is free, the staff is very polite and helpful, any request is fulfilled instantly. We really liked it. We are currently staying at the hotel, we are leaving tomorrow. We rested from 17 to 28. I don't know about the others, but we liked it.

A hotel without a beach. Do not swim in the sea-it is already brown from algae. It stinks of them. Everyone swims only in the pools. There are 2 pools, both chest-high for an adult, maximum. You can't walk outside the territory-the highway. The territory of the hotel is large. A car (golf type) runs around the hotel. a car), the driver can give you a free ride from one point of the hotel to another. The choice in restaurants is varied, there is a lot of meat. The bar closed at 23:00, and the food was only lunch, breakfast, dinner, i.e. there was no snack in between. The hotel is clearly not 5 stars.
