Beautiful interior, delicious cuisine. We stopped by for breakfast on a recommendation during a guest visit to Minsk. I liked the breakfasts, the audience was interesting, and the service was aesthetically pleasing. However, as in almost all establishments in Minsk, you have to wait a long time for service. We regarded this as a national feature in catering establishments. Yes, full boarding, of course, affects the pick-up time, but still there is something to work on, since 30-60 minutes of waiting is a lot / long time in our opinion. I am sure that the Bloomteam will be able to "tighten" this indicator. Otherwise, everyone liked everything.

A very beautiful and atmospheric place, we were very impressed.
I liked literally everything from the food, beef tartare and salmon tartaki, a special love, beautiful presentation and incredible taste!
The wine list is simply huge, with a very large selection of good wines!
We would like to mention the discussion separately, the waiter Egor made our evening, unobtrusive, but at the same time very accurate service, we will return more than once, definitely 🙏🏼

I go to Bloom Eatery from time to time, and the place is always happy. Very cozy atmosphere, stylish interior and friendly staff. The kitchen is on the level: the dishes are delicious, the portions are large, I especially liked the Pavlova dessert. The service is always attentive and friendly, which is nice.
Prices, of course, are above average, and paid water may confuse someone, but overall impressions remain positive. A great place for meetings and a relaxing evening. I recommend it!

The level is below average, no service, no taste. Only the lemonades were worthy. And for the rest, neither the appetizers nor the main dishes, we took them 5 different ones leave much to be desired. I was recommended to come here with the phrase "The most delicious food in the world," from a man who had been to a lot of places, tried a lot of things, and it was unexpected to hear such a thing.

The tables are very close, it is impossible to talk, because you can hear the speech at the neighboring tables. The waiters rarely came up, although it was not noticeable during the conversation. About the advantages:
1) The waiter (Alexander) is an expert in his field, understands wine, helped to navigate the dishes, gave wonderful recommendations, always served quickly and accurately.
2) The kitchen is wonderful. Everything is delicious, aesthetically pleasing, harmonious, and fast.
Minuses:
1) the water in the institution is paid and not cheap, moreover, we found out about this at the end when paying;
2) when they offer to top up the wine, the portion comes out less than when it is poured into a clean glass. We made a remark, the situation was not corrected.
3) disco-type music in the daytime, loud enough;
4) The staff speaks English at A2 level, enough to take an order, not enough to advise on dishes and drinks.
5) The table we wanted was without a "reserved" sign, but we were told that we could take it for 2 hours. After 2.5 hours, we were politely kicked out of the bar. It seems to be objective, but in an institution with a check above the average it is unpleasant.
Bottom line: expectations were higher, if you want to have dinner in a good place in a pleasant atmosphere, I advise you to choose another place.

I didn't like the place from the word at all. We came with a friend to eat and chat. We randomly chose a table near the smoking room. At first we were upset (we don't smoke), then we realized that it would be even worse in the hall, because the music there is so loud that the conversation would not work.
We took a green salad (everything in it was very fresh, but even this fact did not justify the price tag, I did not find anything original or at least a little unusual there) and a burger (it remained a little unfinished even if there was severe hunger at the entrance to the institution).

There are no questions about the atmosphere, drinks and service. But the top dish "pasta with duck confit" that was recommended to me was tasteless and bitter for me personally. I realized this right away and asked to clarify if everything was fine with the dish. But what has been said is that everything is fine and there are no complaints with this dish. They offered to take it with me, since I refuse to eat it)))
As a result, the dish was taken almost untouched, and the bill was billed in full.
The restaurant that we went to regularly, and were always satisfied with the service, unfortunately upset us today. I hope the restaurant's policy regarding such situations will change.
Leaving 300-400 rubles for dinner for two, you expect a different approach.

I stopped going to this restaurant after rudeness on the part of the administration. I think that in decent establishments, the staff should be courteous, and not point out to the guest. In a commanding tone, I was put in my place when I asked to replace the sauce in the dish. If you like to be looked down upon, you are welcome here. The rest of the place is good, but I don't want to be disrespected.

I had a business meeting today. Bloom was chosen to host it. My guest had an allergy and he asked from the menu to cook vegetables not on the grill, but, in an exceptional case, steamed.
The waiter replied that: "we don't do that" and refused to accept the order, the Administrator was invited (a blonde girl), she began a story that the waiters and the kitchen team work in tandem and they have their own agreements that they cook only the menu and also refused to cook the position from the menu "vegetables grilled," but, at our request, steamed.
The hall was practically empty, there was obviously no loading in the kitchen.
Why do you enter a menu from a nutritionist and use the topic of healthy eating in every possible way, spend your marketing budget and effort on it, if you cannot respond to such a simple request and go to a meeting with your regular guest?
We made this request to your colleagues at Brioche and they immediately and cordially agreed to cook their position from the menu of grilled vegetables, as an exception for steaming.

A unique place that has something to strive for. First, the hall was all empty, I attach a photo, the girl at the entrance says that you can not sit in a more free place, since I am 178 cm man 210 cm, we banally rest our feet against each other on a small single table, but there is no "everything is booked" quote, for 60 minutes in the "reserved seats" no one he did not come, although we warned in advance that we would not sit, but eat. Secondly, we did not order 3 items each, we ordered the second and lemonades. According to the lemonades, the waiter was asked twice if it was sour, it was said no, there was no lemonade, raspberries with something and mango pineapple, surprisingly one was sourer than the other. The second blues were brought within 20 minutes, the steak was rib eye made of terrible cheap meat, a lot of fat, terrible heartburn was after, a fat minus, I had a fish cutlet, with some kind of "special salad" of vegetables that the waiter promised. In fact, there was an average good fish cutlet with ordinary cucumbers, tomatoes and onions, by the way, the onion was bitter. We were very hungry and ate everything, as a result, a lot of hyperbolic ideas about the dishes, with a good serving, there are no questions about the service, the young man was attentive and pleasant. We didn't stay for dessert after the second one, the impression is spoiled, I also attach photos of food including the same salad. The cost of this dinner is 298 rubles.
