My dinosaur nails have turned into prince nails! ))I am very happy and happy! I came to the salon with a very bad manicure after another master. The administrator Albina, if I'm not mistaken, advised me to the top nail service master Anastasia Sh. They asked me to write a review after the procedure - the idea is great, but then expect a negative one
I did a 4-hand manicure + pedicure complex and was disappointed!
Cuts, detachments on the manicure during the first week, pedicure heels are not finalized - a complete set in general. Also, my close friend just went for a manicure with a coating from the summer until recently, and now she has stopped. According to her, she was just tired of coming for repairs on one nail every 3-4 days.
The fact that the nails are of poor quality is fine, but the constant calls with an offer to sign up are just tiring
It seems to say that I no longer want to walk inconveniently, but also not to walk with cuts.

I did a manicure with coating and removal 2 times, with reinforcement from top masters, and cuticle detachment 2 times. In the first case - day 2, in the second - on the very first day. Yes, the salon has a guarantee for nails! but when there are detachments on almost everyone, and then go back and forth.. It's a so-so situation. In general, the masters are pleasant, and so is the administrator. But what about the materials? Sorry.

I've had manicures in this salon 2 times, and cuticle detachments twice. I also didn't like the master's work: the jacket was very crookedly drawn, not like in the photo. It seemed that French was not painted by an experienced craftsman, but by a child of 6 years old. I understand that if you don't like something, you can easily ask the master to redo the work, but for such a price for nails, of course, it's terrible. I give 2 stars only for a very comfortable administrator. but what about the materials? rough

I came for a manicure 10 minutes before the appointment. There was no one at the reception or in the hall at all. Only conversations could be heard from somewhere. I think okay, my time has not come yet, let the girls rest. It's been 10 minutes before my time and 10 minutes after. No one has ever gone out to check whether someone came or not. Discussions began that if I was a little late, I would not be accepted. Let me remind you that no one even checked if I was there. Was I supposed to shout on arrival that I was in place? Why is the administrator not doing his job? Customer focus is at zero. I do not recommend this place from the word at all. They'll spit on you and discuss you.

Painting nails in burgundy ... the color is bald spots (I clarified this point), painting with color is dirty, for me it's a job out of 10 for a strong 6. The cost is 65 rubles, maxim for this 40!

Hello! I had a manicure with a coating at Alina's a month ago. Initially, it seemed that everything was going well, besides, it was fast, we managed in just 2 hours. But literally the next day I saw that the growth points were sawn off, cut with a nail file and the varnish swelled on two thumbs, and the cuticle seemed to have forgotten to process. After 2 weeks, I decided to redo this mess in another place, and I was told that I needed to restore my nails for about 3 months. Now I go uncoated and with my nails red from cuts. I can't say thank you and I usually don't write reviews, but it's just a cry of the soul
