I booked this hotel through booking. There is a rating of 9.0. The day before I entered, they clarified at what time I would be able to check in. As a result, on the day of arrival, the administrator clarified my WhatsApp number. Contacting me via messenger 20 minutes before the expected arrival, the administrator asked me to cancel the reservation, saying that they could not accept my reservation!!! This is piggish!! The hotel does not correspond to this rating

We chose a hotel on booking in the evening, they confirmed it, we got there in 10 minutes. And at the reception we were told a story that unfortunately there was an error and there was no room. I read the reviews more carefully and later noticed that this situation is repeated. Why such a stupid overbooking is unclear. I do not recommend armor - if you do not want to stay without a hotel at night. P.S. In front of the excellent Address hotel, we stayed there last trip, this time there were no places.
