We had a rest in September 2024. I really liked the guest house itself. The hostess is Rita, hospitable and friendly. Large kitchen . Every room has tables, and there are a lot of dishes.
The bus stop is nearby, you can go to Pitsunda and Gagra. The store is on the opposite side . The prices are affordable. Let's close our eyes to periodic problems with electricity. This is a problem year after year. This is Abkhazia, baby. Excursions were bought from neighbors , in a neighboring guest house, the owner himself is engaged in organizing, the Riverbed makes discounts for vacationers in the neighborhood.
Shall we go to this guest house?!.

We booked through the BG tour operator. We had a rest in September
The room is cozy and clean. There is everything you need -a bathroom in the room, bath towels, a hairdryer, Wi-Fi throughout the guest house. The sea is 10 minutes walk away. The lights are often turned off in the village, keep in mind that nothing will work during the shutdown.
Upon arrival at the guest, there were no places for us, and after a night they moved us to a room. Exactly the same situation happened with another tourist. He was placed in another guest house across the street for the entire rest period. It seems that the owners simply do not keep track of the arrival dates of tourists, but confirm the availability of places due to the proximity of the off-season to receive funds.
The rest was greatly overshadowed by endless noisy gatherings in the common dining room of relatives / acquaintances / friends of the hosts of the guest. I couldn't relax in silence. We chose this place precisely because of the silence.
A wish to the hotel: To keep track of the dates of arrivals of tourists MORE CAREFULLY and to stop noisy gatherings of relatives.

I will go 4 times this year, a vacation for not capricious people, for those who are tired of the city and the noise, the village, but I get high, on the street there is everything you need, a pharmacy, a canteen, shops, money both in cash and by transfer, each seller has Wi-Fi, connect and transfer. Andronik and Rita, already native people, are unobtrusive, cleanliness is everywhere, lights are turned off at night, Wi-Fi is very weak, but it does not depend on the owners to put up with this, I have never met rudeness, it is better to go on excursions with private traders, you can find out the contacts from the owner, what they sell on the street you will get tired of dragging around with a bunch of people waiting for everyone , there is a bus to Gagra and Pitsunda, a taxi is more convenient. It is not necessary to carry extra things, you can buy everything from and to on the way to the beach, personally I go with one backpack without luggage..

We rested in this house for 10 days on the third floor.The house itself is nice, pleasant hostess,fresh renovation,comfortable mattresses on the beds,good linen. The room has a toilet, shower,air conditioning, TV. A comfortable, large, summer kitchen in front of the house. Across the street from the house, there is a good store, pizzeria,kebab shop.Mines:The lights are often turned off, there is a lot of traffic on the road towards the beach!

A cozy and comfortable house, the room and linen are clean, there is air conditioning. The territory is well maintained, it is pleasant to sit in the shade on the swing benches. I really liked the summer kitchen, equipped with love and respect for the guests, there is everything you need for cooking, if you wish:refrigerators, stoves, microwave, dishes, soap washer, sponges and rags and always clean hand towels. The tables and benches are wooden, varnished. The hostess herself and her son are very nice people. Towels and bed linen can be changed upon request. The sea is clean and warm, but canopies and sun beds cost 500 rubles a day, many people buy umbrellas, because the heat is unbearable. The shore is rocky, but rubber slippers solved the problem. Fruits and vegetables are very expensive, because everything is imported, there is nothing of its own in Abkhazia. It is better to go on excursions organized with a guide, and private traders will only provide a transfer.

We are thrilled! A very, very comfortable guest. There is absolutely everything for living, starting with excellent repairs, amenities and air conditioning in the room, ending with a stunning well-groomed interior. There is everything for a quality rest: a well-equipped kitchen, a washing machine, an iron, clothes dryers, a barbecue, swing benches for evening chill, and silence around. We booked for a week, the deposit for the first night was transferred personally to the person on the card. We drove by car from Moscow, stood for a very long time and made our way along the serpentine in traffic jams, on our way to Sochi we eventually spent the night in the car, crossed the customs terribly, the weather turned bad at the entrance to Abkhazia, upon arrival we found that there was no specified house at the specified address, searched in this area for almost 1.5 hours, made 3 laps by car, 2 laps on foot.. on different maps, the specified house was in different places... we tried to contact the object, but roaming has a traffic limit that we have exhausted. As a result, the house was found based on published photos and its location did not match the map. While it was getting light, we decided to go to the beach and were disappointed, when booking it was indicated that 500m to the beach, this is not the case, in fact, 760m to go, the pebbles are okay, they are everywhere and in the same Sochi, BUT there are no changing cabins on the beach, no salt to wash off the shower, no rescuers, cows run wild dogs, their feces and FLEAS on our towels! It's just to the point of tears… When we eventually met with the woman in charge of the facility, they informed us that such a vacation was not suitable for us, they asked us to stay one night to rest (which we had prepaid), but they refused us, they did not enter into our position and did not listen to us (the prepayment was not returned), "either for a week or no matter how "everything is "cool" everywhere "you didn't know where you were going" "dogs, cows and that" "everything was fine with everyone, everyone liked everything" and the like.. maybe this would have been the case if we had stayed at least overnight... but we were not given such an opportunity. Since there were at the facility and we can only appreciate hospitality and tap water from everything, I still felt it and it sneezed at me) when leaving this village, not on the main road, there is a City dump. The first and only impression of this country is spoiled thanks to these people. We were accompanied by a storm at sea, a downpour, a flooded highway and a boulder that fell from the mountain. As a result, we spent our vacation in the sun in Sochi, thanks to the hospitality of Sochi!

We are coming here for the second year in a row. We really liked it. Half an hour from Gagra, in a large village, not so crowded, good infrastructure. To the sea from the hotel is a 10-minute walk (500 m). The hotel is 3-storey, new, beautiful,clean, with all amenities in the room, there is a summer veranda with a refrigerator, washing machine, gas stove, barbecue, tables. A large, beautiful courtyard in flowers. Nearby, across the house, there was a cafe where we often ate. All friendly, simple people, which is very nice! We recommend it!

The hostess is friendly, helps if necessary, there is a canteen downstairs, refrigerators, dishes, if you want, cook yourself, but every evening music and drunken hubbub gets boring. The rooms are not cleaned at all, I had to wash myself, plus there is a washing machine. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the sea along a broken road, along the way there is a good canteen
