It just so happens that most of the cabinet furniture in the house is BRW and, definitely, it is better than the products of competitors in terms of beauty. Although there are questions about the complexity of the assembly)). The last purchase in my son's room was at the discounter for a good promotion (-50%), and that's where the questions to the staff, namely to the manager, appeared. I understand she was filling in for the salesman. To say that my wife and I are in shock is an understatement. The purchase process was not quick. Initially, we saw information about the promotion on the Internet and tried to call to find out about the pieces of furniture we were interested in. First of all, I can't get through. Secondly, if it worked out, then it was of no use - they didn't want to give any advice. But coming to the store didn't change much either. There is only one answer to questions about availability - name the requested item as it is indicated on the website. After that, review and reconciliation of balances. No friendliness or attempts to endear yourself. A silent "how everyone got to me."
Previous purchases at both the discounter and the store were a joy. The sellers worked perfectly. You can't drive up to the "management" on a lame goat right there.

We bought a Koen table about 8 years ago, and we liked everything. For old times' sake, we went to get a new hallway - we chose Porto, which is very compact and multifunctional, and it's nice for the price. I arrived on time. But I didn't expect such terrible quality. The boxes are intact, but it looks like vandals have worked inside - chips, scratches. New furniture shouldn't look like that. A very large deposit was left. We'll figure it out!

I do not recommend ordering anything at all, the manager and the marriage staff are Elena, who do not know the laws at all and are not professional!not only that, when buying online, absolutely nothing is discussed about the product, it arrives in a completely different color.Elena yells at the harassment as inadequate (of course, she doesn't know the laws, and she doesn't know what she's doing at this job!!!she was of zero use!!!)
For a month she could not solve the issue, which is solved in a 20-minute matter!I spent a month, and then after my next call that I would complain to Consumer Protection if my claim was not resolved, it stirred!!!!she called back as if she had been replaced, apparently she was learning to communicate in a different tone, supposedly my question had been resolved a long time ago, only she did not know about it-this "specialist" is great!!!(first he yells, and then he finds out)
As a result, what I want to say is that it is better not to contact this furniture company, because in case of any kind of harassment, they will make you a "fool" and will spin all sorts of nonsense, yell that they do not owe you anything!!!
And accordingly, I wrote a complaint to the relevant authorities!!!
R.S brought a saddle as a result, they demanded that I pay for the delivery, the courier left on refusal, two hours later the girl arrived and gave it away for free.I made a mistake!!!A CIRCUS, not a service!!!!They work just like that!!!!
