I do not advise you to waste time in this institution. In short, I wanted to book a VIP booth with a deposit of 200,000 tenge. I came to this karaoke and asked to show the VIP room, but it was busy. They told me that in order for me to come tomorrow , I came tomorrow at the promised time. What suddenly a guy named Tamerlan who called he informed himself as the manager of this karaoke club that the vipka was already booked , although yesterday he informed me otherwise and promised not to put it on today , he promised to wait for me where, After examining the vipkovina, I had to leave an advance payment. To my indignation , the manager began to behave aggressively in quotes and asked me to be simpler. I ask the founders of this karaoke club to work with their staff on How to behave with customers and be more responsible and warn if any changes occur at the moment, I have wasted my time and nerves due to the fact that your employees have let me down.
