The location is wonderful, right in the center of the entire infrastructure of Almaty.(near metro,Central Stadium,Sports Palace) But the building itself is not too attractive, they did not take care of the well-groomed, not to mention the special interior.Some floors resemble Soviet entrances. The place is a bit dirty.However, as for the services, I am glad, the services:excellent price-quality ratio

It's high time to demolish this building and build a normal one. Or at least make repairs. The building divides the premises between the university/college/boutiques/military department/business center. Half of the elevators are down, and there are strange mazes. It's time to do something adequate.
