I went to BITFOOD for the second time two years later and was disappointed again: the service is still at zero, no attention is paid to the customer, the atmosphere is tense, and the potatoes in the window are completely unattractive - they don't cause appetite, so I didn't even order a shawarma and I don't recommend it, because the food is hardly better than their attitude towards customers.
