I am delighted with the hotel. For a reasonable price, I got a magnificent view from the window, and from the terrace it was simply stunning. But most importantly, it was very warm in the room in January, because they heat a normal battery, and not just a heat conditioner, which is rare for Istanbul. The renovation is far from fresh, but everything is working. The location is great, close to Eminence, that is, all the transport you want, you want the subway, you want the tram, you want the ferry. The most popular attractions can be reached on foot if desired. On the way to Eminenyu, I found a diner with a cheap but divine balyk durum, and grazed there. The hotel itself has a very reasonable breakfast, everything is fresh, you can find something to eat. Now if you go to Istanbul (hopefully more than once), then only here. Waking up warm, in a comfortable bed, and looking out the window at Suleimaniye is a thrill.

Nice clean room, great view (the luxury five in the center of Suleymaniye will envy) Delicious, hearty breakfast, convenient location and excellent staff! If I'm going to Istanbul again, I'll probably choose this hotel for an overnight stay and breakfast.

Among the advantages - friendly staff, convenient location, bus stop in a minute walk, there is a terrace with a pleasant view, Wi-Fi, cleaning every day. Of the minuses, the repair has seen better days, clean, but it should be refreshed, instead of a blanket there is a thin blanket, it is cold enough under it, there is poor ventilation in the bathroom.

Nice hotel, close to public transport, very convenient. The hotels are clean, the room is not killed,the plumbing is working, air conditioning, refrigerator,kettle,TV, hair dryer.Towels are changed every day, delicious breakfasts, you will not stay hungry, during the day you can drink tea, coffee, use the microwave. I liked almost everything: cleanliness, comfort, stunning views of the Bosphorus, breakfasts, staff work. One of the disadvantages is that it is not very close to Sultanahmet, where the main attractions (although transport is nearby) and the location of the hotel are on a hill, so it is difficult to climb there after a whole day of walking. And there are no normal grocery stores and decent cafes within walking distance.

Great location, great staff, gave us a double-triple room!!! Just gorgeous!!! Wonderful view from the window of the Golden Horn. The room has everything: refrigerator, kettle, hair dryer, air conditioning, wardrobe, table, mirror, TV, excellent clean bathroom with shower.The room is cleaned every day. Always clean towels.Tea and coffee at the reception around the clock!!! There is a roof terrace with a wonderful view!!! Super!!! I recommend this hotel to everyone.

Beautiful views from the rooms on the 4th floor. Breakfast is normal. In walking distance there is a shop and a market, a station, not strong road changes if you walk along the coast (we will only go up to the hotel). The staff is good. The noise from the roads is present. In winter, batteries are well heated. It is possible with a dog and a cat. Otherwise, an average hotel for Istanbul, but for an economical holiday for a couple of days is enough.

We lived in a large room ( designed for 4 people) and lived in a small one ( for two) from February 15 to February 28, 2023 The price is cheaper than in Anapa))) 2500 and 2300 per day per room. The room is warm, has air conditioning, refrigerator, kettle. The beds are comfortable, the bed linen is clean. If you did not come to sit in the room, then everything is very convenient and excellent! And of course the view from the rooftop balcony, where you can sit all day) I recommend it for People who do not need the " show - offs " of Hotels , but convenience , comfort and pleasant emotions are important . There is no decor in the room, the lighting is cheap and unpleasant. There are no complaints about the reception staff. There is a rooftop terrace with a view, but there are no tables with umbrellas to sit comfortably In general, there is a feeling that the owner saves on the maintenance of the hotel to the maximum.
