One of the few really "delicious" places in our city. My birthday was celebrated beautifully, and a month later my spouse. The food is great! When we arrived, the bar was sold out, but that didn't stop us from having a great time, there was enough room for everyone! The waiters were rushing around in a hurry, for which I thank them very much. The program is encouraging, the girl musicians are doing everything at the highest level! Overall, it's a great place, great cuisine, amazing service, and the best program 🥰

Hello everyone, I want to describe our time at the Beer House in Mozyr. We celebrated the birthday of our friend Dmitry on 26.04.25 on Saturday. So in order: table service - the waitresses do not monitor the guests' table, they ate the first course of the salad and waited for the second course for 1.5 hours, they asked 5 times to bring hot food, I understand maybe this is a joint of chefs, but the establishment was not very full, a little empty. The waitress girls didn't clean up the dirty napkins, didn't change the fallen dishes, and didn't ask if we needed anything else, they didn't smile with any sour faces, like, why did you come here, only the leading girls were smiling, they did well. The waitresses have a uniform - one girl (with a tattoo on her face) tell her to change her shorts, because when she clears the table, her ass is at the level of the guest's face, it's not very pleasant when her buns look at your face, honestly, the shorts are too short. Then your guards- what are they there for? To disperse the guests, they probably asked to make the air conditioner cooler, everyone started dancing and it got hot on the dance floor, he didn't want to change the parameters until the whole table just started to resent him. Everything was impossible for him, dear friends, change the facial expressions of the guests who come to you and pay you money, the attitude is terrible, honestly. They ordered a latte, brought one whipped milk, asked to redo it, refused for a long time, but then, without even apologizing, they said that the coffee machine had gone wrong and redone it, it felt like they had to beat everything out with threats and scandals. The food was delicious, except for the shish kebab from the wings, they forgot to add salt and seasoning. There were not enough appliances, glasses were not brought for a long time. Well, something like that. Dear administration, please note your shortcomings in the service. I can't recommend this place to visit yet, there are more prestigious establishments in the city.

We had limited time for lunch, we made an order in advance, indicated the exact time at what time we would be, as a result, by the specified time there was only fruit juice on the table with some leaves from the window and that was it, we waited 10 minutes, approached the waiter, warned that there was no time to wait, we would leave if it took a long time, listened to indistinct excuses, waited another 15 minutes and eventually left. And there was also a situation when 4 glasses of juice were added to the receipt, which we did not even think to order) this is also a separate story about the attitude of the waiters to the guests, they walk with faces as if they came to their house and forced them to work) the format and idea of the institution is not bad, but the employees decide a lot, with such personnel only Local guys who want to have a drink

Hello!!!
I've been ordering a takeaway lunch menu for a year now, and every once in a while with some adventures, they don't put what they ordered on a regular basis, they don't warn if something is out of stock, it all just goes into the trash!!!!
There are waiters who do this on a regular basis,….The last time I ordered anything there

Visiting this institution left extremely negative impressions. We waited an hour and a half for two pizzas, and during that time none of the staff showed the slightest interest in our order. They seemed to have more important things to do than customer service. In the end, without waiting for food, we just got up and left, wasting our time and ruining our evening. I do not advise anyone to visit this place if you value your time and nerves.

- there were only two guests in the whole room, and the dishes were served for an hour
- the waiter's competence is questionable, not to mention outright blunders (there are not enough appliances or they cannot clear the table on time).

Very often, the kitchen works only in terms of simple salads and pizza, but if everything is available on the menu, and the girls are not sick, then it's a great place with an interesting atmosphere. We took 4 styles: porter - Lida velvet (it turned out to be defective, apparently the bottling line is a little dirty), two lagers: Staropramen and Warsteiner. Warsteiner was pleasantly surprised. Both options that are sold in our stores are absolutely not the same. Staropramen is also not bad, but lost to Warsteiner in saturation and variety of taste. Wheat Weizen turned out to have a tendency towards cloves, but overall a good beer. They also took Kronenburg Blanche, a good tasty beer, in the style of Belgian Vits. However, instead of citrus fruit, it feels like an apricot. As for the appetizer, we were also satisfied. In general, I liked everything, the service too. Most likely we will come again)

Great place! We celebrated our son's birthday, the kitchen is top-notch, everything is super. Karaoke was provided. The waiter cleaned everything quickly, brought it and always asked if anything was needed.
