A wonderful clinic, a wonderful competent doctor. For several years now, we have always applied here. They will always help with any problem, they will always find time. It is very obvious how animals are loved here, how Fyodor Ivanovich will always find an approach to any pet. The prices for the services are as adequate as possible. We used to go to a well-known clinic in Donetsk, there is something to compare it with, and there has never been any benefit from treatment, only endless follow-up examinations and additional consultations (unnecessarily) to which I agreed, as long as there was an effect, but it was always weak. And in Biowet, even the acne of the cat was cured, while in other clinics they prescribed nothing but useless chatterboxes. Thanks!!!
A wonderful veterinary clinic, courteous staff, Fyodor Ivanovich is a doctor with a capital letter, he will always help and find an approach! Thank you for having us, saving our little brothers and really loving animals!!!! And yes, don't pay attention to the negative reviews and don't take it personally You are the best
I don't want to ruin the reputation of the clinic. Perhaps many people here will find help for their pets. When we contacted this clinic, we were faced with elementary unprofessionalism.
A dog (9.6 kg) developed an abscess on its paw... maybe a splinter. We called the clinic the night before.... The doctor said to come in the morning: "We'll figure something out." We arrived without an appointment the next day. We immediately noticed that the room was spacious, clean, and the staff was very polite. They offered to wait... We sat for about half an hour. Then the doctor came out and invited me to the manipulation room. We were offered to "hold" our dog when the doctor, without any painkillers, tried to open the abscess on his paw with scissors... There were several attempts, and each time the animal experienced severe pain, the result was obvious- the animal bit the doctor... After that, the doctor turned around and left... And we didn't know what to do next.... No one treated the wound and told us that we had to hold the dog or put a muzzle on it.... It's strange that we weren't told before the procedure that a muzzle was needed, and the clinic doesn't have a muzzle, painkillers... yes, and the doctor just repeated several times that he doesn't like people.... One's mental injuries should not be brought into professional activity, and dislike of people should not manifest itself in disregard for their pets..... It was possible to explain before the procedure what would happen and how.... Perhaps they should offer us some kind of painkiller...
they didn't take any money from us, but they didn't help us either. And they didn't even treat the wound after unsuccessful manipulations.
This is not a negative review or an attempt to discredit the doctor. To be fair, we've personally heard from friends that the doctor is a good one. This is just our story....
Since the dog was not helped, but they invaded the abscess and did not treat it, we immediately went to a nearby clinic... We were given a small muzzle, the doctor gave an injection into the paw, opened the wound, cleaned, treated, put an antibiotic, then gave recommendations.
Perhaps this doctor is doing well with self-esteem.... And he's just clearly doing his job.
That's our sad story. I hope that our doggie will recover.... And, yes, the "evil dog" is a small wire-haired dachshund.
I wish the clinic development and let them carry out not only castration and euthanasia procedures.... And we must remember that every animal has its own story, including its relationship to humans.
I hope that we will all draw conclusions.
