When buying a chandelier, they assured that if the ceiling was broken, it could be replaced.(the consultant, when she was removing the chandelier, broke the ceiling herself and removed it from another chandelier) As a result, one ceiling lamp broke at home and when contacting the store, it was refused to be replaced. They said they would call back, but they never did. They promise anything before buying, but in fact they can't do anything.
