I bought a toilet bowl in the plumbing department, there was no barrel in the package (they said someone broke it) and bolts for fixing the toilet bowl, they completed it (they were removed directly from the windscreen from another toilet bowl). But when the toilet was installed at home, it turned out to be leaking because it was cracked. Let's go change the one that was offered to us, it also turned out to be cracked. I had to pay extra and choose another one. To my question: "Why are you selling marriage? Don't do evil to people." The answer came: "What should we do? Where should we put them? "I'm in shock... The defective toilet was put back on the windscreen. No one apologized to us like that. Be careful when buying goods in this store, check every detail.

The store itself is great, but with the DOOR DEPARTMENT (the one opposite the ticket office) was out of luck.
We bought an entrance door in February 2023, not cheap, with supposedly Italian high-quality locks, etc. The sellers said when buying that if there was any problem with the door, then immediately call them and they will fix everything, because the warranty is 1 year.
In August 2023, the lock began to jam, the key does not turn when opening, we stand in the entrance for five minutes to enter the apartment in attempts to open the lock. We came to the sellers to find out when they can fix the problem. To which we were told that locks are not included in the warranty, but only the door itself. It's a shame that such an attitude and quality. And of course, this department is not remembered in kind words when you stand in the entrance with heavy bags and a dog and try to get home for five minutes.
For those who are going to buy from them: we took the front door of the Boston Tsargo. Think before you buy from them.

I chose wallpaper for 40 minutes, no one came up to advise and recommend something, in the laminate department, where I spent 20 minutes, the sellers loaded one laminate, the second stuck in the phone, in the department with building mixes spent 30 minutes, NO ONE EVER CAME UP!!!! Although I'm a girl and I don't understand anything about what I needed in my situation, but the consultants just don't care, when I came up to ask myself just how I can pick up the screed pallet, I was told to go to the information center there they will tell you everything. When I asked if 50 bags of screed, 25 kg each, would help to load into the car. He told me I do NOT KNOW, you need to find out at the warehouse. Are you serious?????? When I came to the information center with the same question, they looked at me like a fool and said ask the department, we don't know!!!! Then the girl bothered to call the warehouse and said they would load you into the car, but you would need to bring the pallet back, leaving something as a deposit or pay 20 rubles for the pallet at the checkout. Well, my patience was not enough and I just went to another store, where they immediately answered all my questions, gave me advice on goods and helped with the selection and loading!!!
I will never return to this store!!!!! Only negative emotions!!!!
