It is rather not a cafe but a celebration hall, where people hold various events weddings, commemorations, etc.
We held our daughter's wedding here, conveniently close to home, the mosque is nearby. We're going to celebrate our son's wedding here soon too. 4 stars so as not to get arrogant, the price is not raised, this is also not bad, there is something to improve to 5 ⭐️
