We visited the Big Smile Turbo children's amusement park with our family — emotions are off the charts! This place is ideal for an active and fun holiday with children. A spacious hall, a bright interior, multi—level mazes, trampolines, dry pools with balls, bungee jumping and go-karting - everything is very thoughtful and safe. The child is delighted, and we enjoyed watching him play and interact with other children. And their one big plus is that adults can also play and immerse themselves in childhood!!
A big plus is the availability of its own kitchen. The cafe was pleasantly surprised: everything is clean, fast service and a varied menu. There are both children's dishes (pizza, French fries, burgers, chicken wings) and healthier options such as soups, salads, and custom—made dishes. Everything is delicious and beautifully served. Coffee for parents is excellent, desserts are also on the same level.
The staff is polite and attentive, especially the animators — they know how to involve children and create a festive atmosphere.
"Big Smile Turbo" is a great place for a family weekend or a holiday. We are already planning to spend the child's birthday here!

We recently visited a children's park and cafe, and were absolutely delighted! The park territory is very well maintained, there are many interesting play areas for children of all ages: from safe swings for toddlers to an exciting go-karting area for older children. All the equipment is new and of high quality, it is clear that they take care of the safety and comfort of the little guests here.
The cafe was pleasantly surprised by the cozy atmosphere, friendly staff and varied menu. There are special children's meals prepared with care for health, and for parents there is an excellent choice of coffee and desserts. We were also pleased with the comfortable feeding areas and tables with creative supplies so that the kids could keep busy while waiting for food.
We spent almost the whole day here — the children were happy, and we rested our souls. We will definitely come back again and recommend this place to all the families we know!

I really liked the entertainment center! A spacious, cozy place with a pleasant atmosphere. Perfect for relaxing with friends or family. We were especially pleased with modern VR entertainment and comfortable recreation areas.
The staff was polite, they explained everything and helped me navigate. Clean, tidy, there is a cafe with delicious food and drinks.

There are not many entertainment departments. we found such a picture, the staff of young boys and girls huddled on one of the playgrounds, eating chips, laughing loudly and swearing, despite the children playing nearby, accompanied by adults, it is very unpleasant to observe such a picture, they are still in the workplace. in the room of the mother and child, the administration, seeing that the mother and child were coming in, stood and ticked the cleaning schedule for the whole day, plus the board with diapers was almost empty (not very upset)
Conclusion: there is no staff control
We will not visit again!

The Big Smile turbo Children's Entertainment Center is the second branch located on the street.Konaeva.
The first one was in the Maktub TD, thanks to them, when all the parents of our city with young children went to the first branch of this entertainment center. And there was no other option in our city. I am glad that such an institution with an emphasis on family and children is finally opening in the city.
Everything is clean inside, the equipment for games, slides, obstacle courses are all new. Animators young boys and girls entertain children well.
If you are hungry, there is a cafe inside, they serve you quickly, they cook delicious, at least the children like it.
Most importantly, all playgrounds and structures are installed as safely as possible in order to minimize or even eliminate injury to young children, as well as video surveillance cameras are installed everywhere.
Previously, in order to entertain children like this, they specially went to Almaty, such as to such entertainment centers as Grandpark, Aport, etc.
And now we have in our city and it is no worse, it is not inferior to the Almaty children's entertainment centers.

My impressions are a vacation with children, we ordered a program at a price of 49 thousand tenge, which I did not like until the order was covered, I had to run and constantly say that there was not enough juice or chopsticks, this price includes an animator, we agreed with the animator at 14.30 because he had to bring a cake for the animator's namesake. he waited for 30 minutes if nothing else, until you start looking for it yourself, in a word, it's not a big deal to run around asking for the money you're raking in from the officials.
