We checked into a 2-bed room with a large bed, in the evening we come to the room, turn on the light, and there are cockroaches on the walls, ceiling, our bags. We counted 7 pieces, both large and small. To the complaint: WE have COCKROACHES IN the ROOM, the Hostess looked at us like idiots, grinned and said: well, yes, there is) Have you never seen cockroaches? And what, you couldn't guess for such a price? Then it was necessary to shoot something more expensive. (The room cost 5k a day, if that plays any role)
She moved us to another, shared 4-bed room with spiders in the corners, mold and dirty floor with dust and hair, as if they hadn't cleaned for a week, the money wasn't returned (we were tired, we didn't have the strength to argue and swear). Fortunately, we paid only for one night, we're moving out tomorrow.
