There wasn’t almost 2/3 of menu. We came on Saturday, so there was no food after Thursday and Friday. If you want to have a good meal, then come on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday. Food was delicious and plates were big. Kind personal

We recently visited Bierkeller with friends on a day off, and the impressions were generally positive.
I'll start with the main thing — the food is really delicious. Well-prepared dishes, high-quality products and pleasant service made the evening delicious and satisfying. As expected, you can find both classic beer snacks and more substantial dishes here.
The atmosphere of the establishment is cozy, intimate, with a characteristic entourage that immerses in the atmosphere of a traditional beer cellar. However, a small disadvantage is the smell of the basement, which at first is a bit confusing. Not to say that it is critical, but I would like the issue of ventilation to be thought out a little better.
The service is good, the waiters are polite, they work promptly, while being unobtrusive. In general, if you want to spend an evening with friends over delicious food and good beer, Bierkeller is quite a worthy choice.

In general, the atmosphere is very cool wooden counter and furniture, a lot of elements on the walls in the German style, outerwear can be hung around the perimeter of the establishment, which immerses in a homely atmosphere.
The convenience of the tables is for an amateur, but this bar is normal for me, it's not very convenient for a companion, it's quite stuffy with a hood, there are questions, but if you're looking for a sweaty men's bar, then this is the place for you (a joke is probably just Friday night, and the men are from work))
Beer is a very decent selection of German beer, on tap.
There are things that you can't buy at retail, and we were very pleased with the taste of some samples, very decent, the temperature is right to serve beer at the proper level.
In my opinion, just for the sake of beer, at least you can come back.
There were mistakes in the service, but in general the waitresses are very friendly and pleasant, they create a good tone, and they turned the minuses into pluses)
I didn't see any authentication here, but it's delicious and the portions are normal. The food is served at a decent level, everything is delicious, but in my opinion there is not enough authenticity in the food and serving. We had French fries and rings, it was delicious, but I wouldn't repeat it. Sausages, cabbage and mustard are very tasty, herring sandwiches turned out to be an adaptation of al bruschetta.
But I think they have their own hits, we just didn't ask.
In any case, I highly recommend that you drink a delicious beer and immerse yourself in the atmosphere of a pleasant bar evening.

Five in advance.
A very pleasant and stylized place like a German restaurant. Lots of authentic semi-antique details. There are a lot of mugs, framed pictures, on a par with wall paintings. It's just like in Germany. It's really a feeling of being in a German restaurant.
The food is excellent, they took a knuckle, ears, very good.
The beer list is pleasantly pleased with its variety against the background of local competitors.
The service is lazy. Alyona was alone on Wednesday, but that doesn't excuse her. Arriving at 17, we were alone until 19, and then we had to loudly invite her to the table.
A little more training for Chaldeans and the place will definitely be in the top Minsk pubs.

A very pleasant place in the style of a Bavarian cellar - even the interior resembles the famous Hacker-Pshorr in Munich. The menu includes Bavarian classics: potato salad, obatzda, Weiswurst, pretzels and, of course, beer.
The service is fast. The prices are the same or slightly higher.
Because the hall is small and there are few tables, it is better to book in advance. We were on a weekday evening and all the tables were booked.

I've visited this place three times. There is a pleasant atmosphere inside, appropriate surroundings. Not a bad menu, I would like to mention a very tasty knuckle. Beer prices are quite high, and Levenbrau prices are terrible. On my last visit, I was somewhat upset by the behavior of the waitress who served us (she talked rather sharply, made inappropriate comments, tried to aggressively impose more expensive menu items; when my friend ordered several large dishes, she said "you won't burst in an hour"), which spoiled the impression and led to a 4-star rating

I want to leave a review about the Bier-keller establishment. We went there with a company on 22.02.2025. I would like to mention the friendly and professional staff and the cozy atmosphere. That's where the advantages end. When studying the menu, it turned out that the prices are lower than the average in Minsk among similar establishments, which is captivating, but the portion yield clearly does not correspond to the stated menu items. Well, okay, you can put up with it. The biggest disappointment is alcohol. We ordered a becherovka and a beer. It's not bad for beer. Beherovka turned out to be an outspoken surrogate. I am absolutely sure that it is a fake and made with very bad alcohol. I note that the bottle I brought was closed. Dear management, after such a surrogate, people with health problems can also go to the hospital. Either write in the menu that the product is not original, or exclude such drinks. I am sure that this concerns not only the bekherovka in this institution. Until the bar is put in order, I do not recommend ordering strong alcohol in this establishment.

The stars were for the beautiful and cozy decoration and delicious beer, the rest was disappointing - the meatballs were hard as a stone, and the waitress Tatiana (brunette) was as harsh as German burghers. Several times she corrected us in a commanding tone about drinks (we named them from the menu, where the glass turns out to be 0.5 instead of 0.4 and this is a mistake in the menu itself) and dishes (the duck turned out to be some kind of huge and expensive dish). After we finished the meal and hurried away, having previously studied the receipt (I like to see how much it cost), Tatiana's displeased voice was heard asking, "Is something wrong?"
To be honest, we have not encountered such a service for a very long time.

Good time of day. I visited this institution with my wife on 08/31/2024. The location is located in the central part of the city, which is very convenient, thanks a lot to Tatiana for the service, who helped to quickly sort out the menu, the dishes were served at lightning speed. The food is delicious, with an interesting serving, the portions are large. I liked the warm eggplant salad with an interesting dressing, sausages, the tongue is just a bomb. The beer that was brought to us is cool and of course the tinctures of our own preparation will not leave you indifferent. Thanks again to the entire staff of this institution.

It's an amazing place! We just stopped by for a beer on the way, but we didn't expect such service and atmosphere. Special thanks to the waitress (I don't even want to write like that, because it felt like we had come to a hospitable hostess for dinner) Tatiana, an incredibly beautiful lady who created the whole atmosphere of home and comfort that we felt all evening. They were company. For maintenance:
1) extremely uneven serving of dishes. Someone, even the one who ordered the last one, was already eating the second course, while someone was still sitting at an empty table with a beer. It was all called a strange "cook cooks in turn"
2. The waiter's comment, in my opinion, is unacceptable: "There are many of you, but I am alone."
3. They mixed up the beer, refused to replace it, saying that it was already poured.
4. The snack didn't arrive. When reminded of this, it was said that the cook did not have a herring, but now it has appeared.
5. It was possible to pay only in cash. To do this, I had to go to a nearby ATM.
For food.
1) ordered the ribs. They just brought a piece of bacon with one rib bone. Well, never the ribs.
2) overcooked piece of tongue to the toughest crust in places.
3) tasteless strudel
4) the soup was delicious, though without mushrooms at all.
The final ratio of this food quality. And the check of 6,500 Russian rubles was very upset. I don't recommend going here.
