You are not expected here. It's useless to come during business hours. The call and instructions clearly state that there is no need to shout, knock, or call on a mobile phone. I waited for 10 minutes, pressed clearly once every 3 minutes, and no one came out. A closed door during business hours, at the height of the day on Sunday, 13:30 - thieves are expected here more than ordinary customers.
