An incredible atmospheric place! The library is one of the most amazing places in Ephesus in terms of energy! Beauty, architecture! The city itself is incredible! It impresses with its amazing and unique beauty! Here you discover a different Turkey. There are many interesting things on the territory: streets, an interactive modern museum, a library, an amphitheater, buildings, ruins.
I liked Ephesus, I definitely recommend it to visit. The Library of Celsus is one of the monumental structures restored from the rubble, which helps to create an idea of that era.
It is the second most magnificent building to be seen after the Ephesus Ancient Theater. An artistic architecture made with extraordinary craftsmanship. There are 3 statues on the facade. It also contains information about the history of Ephesus and the cultural life of science. It's all made of stonework.
Celsus Library is a remnant of a library located in Ephesus, connected to Seljuk, Izmir. The library, which was built during the Ionian period, which is one of the first age civilizations, has two floors. It is thought to have housed as many as 14,000 books in its time.
Others of his sculptures are exhibited in the Selcuk Museum.
An incomparable, amazing, overwhelming sight. An open-air historical museum. This is the place where you can touch history with your hands. The only thing I recommend is to go there better in late autumn or winter. It is very hot in summer, the temperature is +40 not the limit. Not everyone can handle this heat. An excursion to this amazing city lasts more than two hours in the sun. If you still decide to go there in the summer, I recommend putting a wide-brimmed hat or panama hat on your head, long-sleeved outerwear, summer trousers and shoes, try to choose preferably a closed one, something like trekking sneakers. Take a bottle of water with you. This is how you will save yourself from the scorching sun. There you can always hide in the shade and relax. I'm warning everyone! Be vigilant! There are scorpions in that area. I saw them there myself. Therefore, I recommend wearing closed shoes whenever possible.
It was a place worth visiting. If you have a guide with you, it becomes much more informative. If you go in the early hours and visit the Ephesus simulation museum, it becomes very beautiful.
The library is located in Ephesus, one of the few well-preserved ancient Greek cities. The city itself impresses with its size, beauty, and logical layout.
You need to watch it in the evening. All the greatness is revealed in the sunset rays, when it's not so hot anymore. There is a backlight for objects, you can walk late at night
A masterpiece place! And until Ephesus is wiped off the face of the earth by earthquakes and other cataclysms, be sure to visit it! The only thing is, the price tag for entry is raised to the skies, not everyone can afford it! And if you want to see terraces on the territory of the city (and you need to see them!), then get ready to pay separately for viewing them.
I thought for a long time whether to go or not. Definitely need to visit, it costs 700 liras, the route without an excursion is about 2 hours. Even without knowing the history of this place, it is very impressive. Good preservation and details
This is not a forgettable place, history. And the most important thing is that I was there and saw everything with my own eyes

It's amazing! Music in stone. Some parts have been carried away by time, but the filigree of the creations of the hands of ancient masters is simply fascinating.
The most photographed place in all of Ephesus :) The front facade of the library is really very impressive. Be sure to visit this place during your stay in the ancient city.
