Good afternoon. I wanted to leave a review about the sellers. We placed an order in an online store, pickup from 93 Prytytsky Street. Due to the lack of goods in the store, the delivery of 2 similar goods (globes) was agreed with the manager for a choice. Upon arrival at the store, the dissatisfaction of the sellers began from the very beginning, when they and their children were choosing the items displayed in front of the cash register. The seller forbade the children to take anything. It is not clear here: why is the product displayed right in front of the cashier, in the public domain, if it is forbidden to touch it? And it's not entirely clear how you can choose a product that can additionally spin, glow, shake, etc. - this is exactly what a child should be interested in. Then the unpacking of the globes began: the goods were allowed to be viewed only in their hands and in the package, and our request to remove the package, at least for visual selection, and at most for inspection of the goods for defects, was refused with the words : " Where are you guys from? This is our first time..." GUYS?!? The seller is faced by people aged 35 and 40, firstly, secondly, there is no insubordination and competent communication at all, and thirdly, the buyer has the right and must inspect the goods completely. No one took off our packages - they took the simplest globe, because they wanted to leave as soon as possible. The purchase was forced in this store, because there was a universal gift certificate that was suitable for this store. Finally, the seller also tried to "prick"))
To summarize: I am writing this review, not to "dump" my negativity, but in order to reflect on the management and review the communication of my employees with customers, and the level of sales depends on it. When opening a business, it is unlikely that the owner is counting on such reviews and sales. Believe me, it's easier to go and overpay for the same product in another store than to receive such disrespectful treatment.
On May 1, 2025, I arrived at the mall with my child. My daughter was in a stroller for 5 months. I decided to see the book as a gift and went into the store. The seller came up, kicked out with a stroller, said you can walk in another place, and anyway your baby is crying. Of course, I bought the book from another place. The staff ruined the impression of the whole store.

I went to the bookstore a couple of times, everyone was friendly and pleasant, they answered politely and helped. But having entered today, I wanted to escape from there as soon as possible. I wanted to watch board games and pick up something interesting, because I didn't know what exactly I wanted, I thought I'd take a picture of what I liked and see at home what it was like, then come back for a suitable game. at first, I stood quietly and chose while the consultant was busy talking on the phone, then they came up to me and started asking "what do I need", well, they could help me choose, but when they started answering me, instead of recommendations, I received a complete "anti-advertisement" of the store.
"I don't think I'm going to like playing any of this. either the game is too cheap, so it won't be interesting, or the game is 6+." Although the age limit didn't matter to me, maybe the game is interesting and even 6+. but they insisted that they would have nothing for me and it would be better to look elsewhere, and they did not choose the words in the most correct way when describing the "disadvantages" of these games.
"if I were you, I wouldn't want to play this kind of game."
In the end, instead of consulting and helping, I didn't get the most pleasant impressions and I wanted to get out of there as soon as possible.
(initially, I didn't want to leave a negative review, because I repeat, very polite and friendly employees work there, but I saw similar comments about the fact that it is forbidden to shoot on camera, perhaps because I took pictures of the game and they wanted to get me out of the store sooner)
