Terrible service, or rather it doesn't exist at all!!! There is no limit to indignation!
They let me down a lot with the deadlines and left me without glasses.
Knowing that the lenses are complicated and it takes time to make, I went to order in advance (2 weeks in advance) and specified the production time. They promised to do it within 5 days, they will call when they are ready. No one called, and a week later I went by myself, the glasses were not ready. But my request to clarify the timing, since we have to leave, they promised to do everything within another 5 days. I arrived on time, the glasses are not ready, and even the lenses have not arrived yet. To my indignation that 2 weeks had passed, they assured me that everything would be ready on time, shrugged their shoulders and said they were ready to offer to install simple lenses at their expense (these are thick double lenses).
The order amount is almost 3 million.
The most terrible thing is beyond comprehension, why mislead? Tell them that you don't have time, apologize and specify the exact production time. I had time to order somewhere else, and now, due to the fault of the staff, we are leaving without glasses.
People don't give a damn about you as a customer, as soon as you receive the money, you no longer exist for them.
I am writing this review out of respect for the ophthalmologist. Otherwise, I would just give 1 star without explanation. I chose frames and glasses for farsightedness. I said I was leaving and the deadline was important. The ophthalmologist is incredibly pleasant. I helped with the diagnosis. And then there's the classic Uzbek version. Just to sell. No one called. I had to find out the readiness myself. When he called, the employee said that he would check with the master and that would be the end. I had to call again. As a result, it turned out that they were ready. I came to pick them up, and they simply don't have a base case, although they assured me at the time of purchase that they would. By the way, the points cost a total of 1,140,000 soums. There are three people at the checkout, and no one apologized and offered an alternative option: to sell the case at a discount or, as a last resort, just buy it from existing ones. There are zero emotions to my claim. I do not recommend this store. I fell for the advertisement. There are cheaper and better service options in the city.
