I ordered a combo in advance (bouquet + chocolate-covered strawberries) for 26,000 by March 8, and paid for it. And I went to pick it up for the holiday. As a result, as previous clients wrote, one thing is in advertising, another is on hand. In order not to be unfounded, I am attaching photos.
The flowers were sluggish and began to fall off quickly. The color is completely wrong. Strawberries are 8, not 9. And much smaller in size. To be fair, the strawberries are fresh. That's why I'm betting 2, not 1.
During the correspondence, the manager apologized, admitted her guilt and promised a discount on the next order. Of course, I won't order here anymore. It was a gift for a specific event that was important, not promises to lower the price in the future.
Added a photo of flowers dated March 10th. They are already "dead."..
