The location of the hotel is great, the sea is 3 minutes from the hotel, the hotel staff is excellent, friendly, the hotel has everything you need, but there are cockroaches in the rooms, you can't see them during the day, but if you came in the evening, turned on the light, they were scattered, you had to sleep with the light, there is a large Food court on the hotel grounds, I think That's the problem. In the evening , huge tartans and rats are running around the tables at the food court. I read a lot about this hotel before I checked in and no one wrote about it or deleted comments, the hotel was chosen because of the location, I would have known from such surprises, of course, not when I chose this hotel

We stayed at this hotel twice. Yes, the rooms are small, but very cozy, clean and without unnecessary details! Considering that we only came to the room after the beach to take a shower and spend the night, it was an ideal option. The breakfasts are standard, the choice of dishes is not too large, but there was enough of everything. Convenient location in the northern part of Patong beach – just a five-minute walk to the sea. There are shops, cafes and fruit stalls nearby. All these advantages made us choose this hotel again, and we have never regretted it. Maybe someone will have comments, but it turned out to be comfortable for us both times.

We had a rest at this hotel, we liked everything, we had our own parking, a bike, the first line, the sea is five meters away, but there is nothing super to say. The rooms were cleaned so-so. Plus, they marred the rest by stealing some things before leaving. They understand perfectly well that no one will figure it out due to lack of time. I still didn't like the Chinese yelling all the time, but it's not the hoteliers' fault.

We stayed at this hotel in the first days of March 2025, the hotel is clean and cleaned every day, towels are changed every day, bed linen is changed on request, breakfasts are boring but you can have a satisfying meal for a long time, there is a swimming pool on the roof, the most important thing is the location of the very center of all parties and entertainment, a maximum of 3-4 km to the beach minutes, definitely recommend it

The hotel is designed in a designer style, the windows are portholes and small, the rooms are dark and there is not enough lighting. The place for washing is very inconvenient: there is no mirror nearby. The breakfasts are very meager, of the same type. The service staff can put the sliced fruits directly under the flow of the air conditioner, which is why they dry up, curl up and even spoiled fruits sour. The hotel itself is well located, a few minutes to the beach, in general, the area near the hotel is pleasant, there are many cafes in the evenings.

Very nice hotel! We had a rest in June 2023. Friendly, smiling and helpful staff, never refused to help. The room is unusual, like in the pictures. Always clean, cleaned every day, changed towels, very pleasant smell in the room after cleaning. The room has 2 white bathrobes, 2 pairs of flip-flops, snow-white towels- 2 for the face and 2 large bath towels. 2 orange beach towels. Towels were changed every day. A large selection of different gels, shampoos, conditioners, were also topped up to a full tube every day.There is a large selection of dishes at breakfast, you will not go hungry, everyone will find dishes to their taste. Very convenient location; 2 minutes to the sea, 5 minutes to Bangla Road, near the 7/11 market, under the hotel there is a night food market, near many massage parlors.

Everything seems cool, but because of the high humidity, the air conditioner is turned on at 19 degrees, otherwise the floors are just wet, the first morning fell 😂 the room is cool, the King size bed is the best thing that was the whole vacation, the pool is good, the convenient location of the hotel and the super market at the entrance is straight, across the street 7 levels , everything is close 👌🙌 staff friendly , actually like all Thais-they smile in person, it 's not clear what they say and think behind their face .

Nice hotel on the first line, a minute walk from the beach. Nearby there are all kinds of shops, Cafes, massage parlors. Bangla Road is a 10-minute walk away at a leisurely pace. The rooms are large, clean. The bed is simply luxurious. The only thing is that there is practically no view from the window. The room has 2 towels for the face, two towels for the feet and two towels for the beach (two people lived in the room); shampoos, gels, conditioners, shower caps, cotton swabs, bathrobes - all available. They also give coffee, tea and a bottle of water per person every day. The room was cleaned daily, the bed was changed every other day. The breakfasts are normal, nothing special, but the coffee is normal. The staff is responsive. The only drawback is that the laundry does not dry at all. But across the street, in the courtyards there is a laundry room where, for a nominal fee, your laundry will be washed and dried. I liked everything.

Great hotel. Clean, cleaned every day, towels and toiletries are always available (changed). The breakfasts are European and Asian cuisine. The location is perfect in the middle of Patong beach. Everything is within walking distance. We rested from February 22 to March 5, 2020.

The hotel is cool, I liked the location , the cafes downstairs are inexpensive, you don't have to go far! The sea is across the street , not far from jingceylon , the beds are just huge , soft , the linen is new , snow-white . They are cleaned every day! The breakfasts are delicious, the pool is upstairs, it's very beautiful in the evening!

When asked when it would end, the administration shrugged its shoulders. I had to beg to change the room to a quieter one. In general, a spoiled vacation for a lot of money. Obviously, the situation of holding night discos was planned, why not warn about it in advance, we chose another hotel

It was our first vacation in Thailand. We chose the hotel based on the year of construction and reviews. They settled us at 14.00 as expected, and brought us at 10.00 in the morning. Thais do not go to an early check-in meeting. We took a room, deluxe class A, we thought it was a good room, class A after all)) as it turned out, this is the worst of all the rooms presented. I had to pay around $150 extra for another room, Class B. And we decided to pay, because the windows in the Class A rooms overlook the kitchen and the smells were such that we felt sick))) This hotel does not take a deposit at the entrance, the breakfasts were good, the location is wonderful, 5 minutes from the sea. Parties on the roof of the hotel sometimes prevented us from sleeping, but then we got used to it. Of course, there is nothing to do with children there, there is nothing for them and it is also very noisy.
