I left the Marc Jacops brand bag I bought in December 2023 for inspection to the Armada / Beymen branch because it throws leather on itself and the color of every outfit I wear comes out in the bag.
they kept me waiting for 7 months and without making any calls, at the end of the 7 months, they called me on Dec. 9 and told me that there would be no change in the bag, I should get a refund.
It's a very long process for me for 7 months, why did you keep me waiting so long, when I said that I want a document that my bag stayed with you for 7 months, they said we can't give such a document.
Then I came out saying that I'm not taking this bag either. It was a move that would not suit a store like Beymen. I want my grievance to be eliminated.
