We visited different places with our family and could easily rent a stroller for a child there. However, this could not be done in this institution. The reason is that people from the Russian Federation cannot be served here. It seems that the citizenship of the Russian Federation causes anger from the seller. This is strange.
As a result, we were offered to make a deposit in return, which is much higher than the cost of the stroller, without documents. We offered to deposit a deposit against a receipt, after that the service was categorically refused.
We thought to arrange delivery so that the order would be made for a citizen of Belarus. However, it was also not possible to do this: this service is provided only on certain days and hours. It didn't work out in any way, with all our desire.
It feels like the organization is not customer-oriented. We need to change something in our work, in relation to people, and we should also update the assortment, which has long been dilapidated.
I do not recommend it.

A large selection of children's goods for rent, free delivery on Wednesdays. The prices are not the cheapest, but acceptable. When you take several products for a month, there are discounts. However, when you go there for the first time, you can skip by, the navigator helps out. It is convenient to pick up something on the website, arrange by phone when to pick it up, everything will be prepared for arrival (batteries will be replaced, for example). In general, I recommend it.
