Our stay at the guest house in Gagra at the end of October 2024 exceeded all expectations. Having booked a room in advance, we received a spacious and bright room, which pleasantly surprised us with its cleanliness and comfort. Daily cleaning service. Bed linen and towels were changed every four days, which is more than enough for a comfortable stay. The towels were soft and fluffy, and the bed linen was snow–white and pleasant to the touch – it is clear that the owners pay close attention to the quality of textiles. The owners of the guest house are wonderful people! Sincerely hospitable and helpful, they are always ready to help with advice and business. The kitchen is a separate song! It is equipped with everything you need: a stove, refrigerator, microwave, a full set of dishes and even an electric kettle. The dining area, located nearby, is cozy and spacious. A large courtyard with lots of flowers and ornamental shrubs creates an atmosphere of calm and tranquility. For younger guests, there is an excellent playground with a sandbox, swings and a slide. The wireless Internet worked stably, without interruptions, which allowed us to stay in touch with family and friends, as well as use online maps to plan our excursions. Overall, the stay at this guest house left an exceptionally positive impression. Cleanliness, comfort, wonderful atmosphere and attentive attitude of the owners – all this made our stay in Gagra unforgettable. I would be happy to recommend this guest house to anyone who plans to relax in Gagra, and, of course, I will stay here again on my next trip. Considering the great price, this place is a godsend!

We had a vacation with my mother in early August 2024 in this beautiful hotel. It is a 10-minute walk to the sea, a quiet courtyard, a view from the window immediately to the sea. Beauty 👍🏼 Cleanliness is at the highest level, regular room cleaning. Our room had everything you needed: a kettle, dishes, washing machine, hair dryer, iron.
The owners are very open, responsive, honest and kind, they will help in everything.
Alexander Vasilyevich meets and takes you to the airport / train station by agreement.
Nina Alexandrovna is just an angel, she has so much work on her shoulders, but she is always kind and ready to help. Thank you for a wonderful stay❤

A great guest house. 10 minutes from the sea. Near the city hospital, 5 min walk down the street there is a canteen and a mixed goods store. Nina Alexandrovna and Alexander Vasilyevich are the hospitable hosts.
We had a two-room room without a balcony on the 3rd floor. Furniture, appliances (kettle, refrigerator, microwave, TV, iron, hair dryer, air conditioning), linen, interior - no complaints. Regular wet cleaning, linen change. Laundry services are provided.
A cozy courtyard: a lawn with sun beds, a children's area with a slide, swings.
The dining area is in the courtyard (although it is tedious to carry dishes and groceries from the third floor). Barbecue for those who want a barbecue with cognac)
The area for self-cooking is not very comfortably equipped. In the open air, the pots and pans are also stored openly. I had to wash it before cooking, because sand, dust, insects ..
But this is an inconvenience for those who cook their own food..
In general, we are satisfied) we recommend it. The hosts are attentive :
they specially brought beer, which the husband bought in the store, and soda, which his daughter drank. .At the same time, at a more favorable price.
Payment for all services in any way: card, transfer, cash.
We helped with the transfer from Adler, found a minibus for 8 people, at a good price. At the same time, the driver suggested how to pass the border faster. And he also took me back.

I rested there 2 years ago, a room on the 3rd floor, with a balcony and a view of the sea ( not the first or even the second line, 5-7 minutes to the sea / but from this I took into account (since the sea is completely indifferent to me) in the room, a pile bath, all necessary accessories and even a washing machine.There is a built-in kitchenette with everything you need, a bathroom. A living room with a sofa, a TV, armchairs, a seating area and a dryer are also provided on the balcony.bedroom/clean bed linen, towels., wardrobe , bedside tables.If you look for cons, you can find them, but since I am a non-feisty person, everything suited me for 5 + (there is a separate area in the courtyard for cooking hot, but we did not use it, we ate in the canteen). A big plus in the household, a very friendly couple. They suggested a lot, helped with excursions, agreed on the meeting place themselves, they just told us when and where to approach. We took excursions according to their price list, quite adequate prices, taking into account what we saw on the streets. The owner also took us to the airport (for payment / of course)))), which was also pleasant and convenient, we skipped the border quickly (for those who save, it's very convenient, do not hit with sneakers if someone did not like it there)))

Nice guest house, lived in a 2-room room with 2 balconies. Clean, comfortable. Cleaning and linen change every 3 days, good hosts. There is no full-fledged kitchen, tiles from 2 comfortable rooms, but this did not bother us, we bought lula, trout and shish kebab in the city ready-made.

I really liked it. We stayed for one night, in room 222. At first I was biased that it was too expensive to spend the night and why do we need 2 rooms at all. And then I tried it, I didn't want to leave. Elegant Italian furniture, bathroom window, 2 balconies...I wanted to walk around this room in a silk bathrobe up to my toes and sip coffee from a porcelain cup)) Very pleasant and friendly hosts, patience to them❤

A good hotel and decent intelligent hosts. Cleanliness and comfort in the hotel and in the rooms. The room had a TV, a powerful air conditioner, which was well positioned - it worked for 2 rooms and did not blow on anyone. Good-quality comfortable furniture, good repair. It felt like you were not in a hotel, but visiting good friends. There was a kitchen area with a kettle, refrigerator and microwave. All have a set of dishes. The bathroom has a hairdryer, washing machine. Linen change in 5 days. All linen and towels are snow-white. The hotel itself is located near the sea. There was a beautiful view of the sea from the balcony. The only thing is that there is a railway nearby. But it's much lower than the hotel, and it didn't bother us much. We lived without food, there is a dining room and a cafe nearby where you can have a good meal. This is probably one of the best mini-hotels in Gagra.

We rested in the "Bestuzhevsky courtyard" from September 24 to September 2 with a family with two children. We lived in 222 luxury rooms. I liked absolutely everything!!! Friendly, intelligent hosts from Russia, who treat with understanding and kindness, will help if necessary, the room is excellent, clean linen, the room smells fresh, all appliances are serviceable and working, we had 2 balconies overlooking the sea, for a very reasonable price, while the children are sleeping in the daytime heat, you can sunbathe on sun loungers or spend time in a comfortable room. The territory is well maintained, there are fruit trees, a Playground, an excellent outdoor shower. A good kitchen where you can cook yourself and a clean and cozy dining room. The hotel itself is located on a small hill, almost in line with the Prince of Oldenburg Castle, the mountain air is clean, a quiet place, a convenient landmark for taxis. If we come to Gagra again, we will definitely stay there again.

We stayed with our family at this hotel from August 1-5, 2021. I liked everything very much. Absolutely everything is in the room. It is very clean and cozy. The hosts are very nice and friendly people. The territory is well maintained. Silence and beauty. I rarely write reviews, I really liked everything here. Another tip, if you arrive by car, do not trust the navigator, which will show you the way along the goat trails.There is a normal road and by the way there is always a place to park near the hotel.

We returned two days ago.. a great hotel, cozy and clean. We were vacationing with a family of 4 people. Spacious room, gorgeous sea view!!! Special thanks to Nina Alexandrovna, for a delicious breakfast, even a small child ate on both cheeks…To the maid Vika, for timely cleaning. The hotel has a Playground, barbecue area, Parking... the sea is 7-10 minutes away.. great stay, in a great hotel. I advise everyone!!!

We had a rest in August 2022 . The hostess is a terrible boor, they took extra money for the linen that was allegedly ruined, although it just had to be washed. They scolded us for the dirt in the room, for not making the linen themselves. Is this even adequate? The room costs more than 5 thousand per day and we have to wash and clean for another hour? Although in their room the handles from the doors, from the bedside table, mold in the bathtub are broken off. They do not monitor the condition themselves, but they demand from the guests. They also took some crazy money for breakfast, 90 rubles for 1 PANCAKE. You need to go to the sea through the bridge and in front of the underpass in which there is no light to walk for 15 minutes, this is not the 1st or 2nd line at all. In general, I do not recommend it

In principle, I do not advise you to go on vacation to Gagra, we are in quiet horror, terrible mud and rotavirus are everywhere. But if you have already decided, then I definitely recommend the mini-hotel Bestuzhevsky courtyard!
Very clean, pleasant atmosphere, cozy.
The hosts are a Russian, very friendly couple, this is a rarity.
Everything you need is available. Cleaning is carried out. There is a small playground and a kitchenette outside.
The only thing is that there are railway tracks nearby, but trains do not run often.
The nearest beach is not far away, but we walked on.

I don't know who writes good reviews, probably themselves, or their relatives. But we didn't like it at all, and first of all, the owners themselves. And the hotel a la the 80s of the last century. Old old furniture, TV, everything is out of repair. The dishes are not good, and the owners look at you like an annoying fly. I definitely don't recommend it to anyone. The rest was not good because of this hotel, although we are not picky.

We had a rest in August! We didn't like it, from the word at all! We chose a suite, it's terrible!!! There is a sofa on chicken legs, there is a kitchen in the photo, but in fact only a set, you can't cook there, there are no dishes, no stove, the air conditioner is leaking, there are a lot of spiders on the balcony. The sofa wasn't even made, we had to pick through this stuff ourselves. Everyone is faced with rotovirus in Abkhazia, so the owners at least made sure that there was a basin and a floor cloth in the room. The children vomited all night, wiped with a towel, because there was nothing else. For which they deducted money from us and said that it was necessary to wipe it with a child's dress! What characterizes these people!!! In the evenings, it stinks of some kind of chemicals, the smell is very disgusting, we closed the windows and did not even go out on the balcony. Ugh!!! There is 1 roll of toilet paper for 5 people, if you need more, then you need to go downstairs and take it yourself (we found out when we left). The dumpster is overflowing right in front of the gate. The smell is kick-ass! We left on the third day with such negativity and checked into the Grand Gagra Hotel, which is very nice there. I recommend it!!!

SOS!!!! Think a hundred times before going to this hotel.We took a Suite , upon arrival it turned out that the view from the balcony to the sea and under the balcony there is a garbage dump , on the left through the fence of the morgue , with the corresponding smells coming from there, plus an insulator with covidniks, the road to the sea goes through the old railway bridge and on the way you will meet at least 3 garbage cans, coming to the sea smells of sewage everything is drained here, if you want a clean sea, you need to look for a place ! The owner himself is a scammer of pure water, when settling, carefully read the contract, and also read the rules for using towels and everything else! P.s. at 19 o'clock frogs start croaking, packs of dogs start barking, and in the morning cats start yelling!

Just got back, great hotel, really liked everything, had a good rest! The hotel is not big, but cozy with a nice and spacious courtyard. Cleaning every day, change of linen and towels every three days. The hotel administration is trying very hard to do everything at the highest level.
The sea in June is clean and refreshing, we were lucky with the weather, the enterovirus was not caught, we tried to eat only at the hotel, there was always fresh and delicious food, we had enough, and of course we took Enterofuril for prevention. The territory of the hotel is fenced, children could play in the yard, and we rested quietly in the room. Thank you very much to Director Alexander Vasilyevich for the wonderful reception. We had a rest at the Bestuzhevsky Dvorik hotel in June 2019. We liked everything: a cozy room with everything you need (kettle, refrigerator, microwave, iron, clothes dryer, hair dryer), a huge balcony-terrace with stunning views of the mountains and the sea, regular room cleaning. The beach is a 7-minute walk from the hotel. Shops, cafes, canteen, public transport stop are also nearby. The owners of the hotel are very friendly and good-natured. I really enjoyed the pilgrimage trips to the Holy places of Abkhazia! An incredibly interesting, rich program, a great guide, a small group of pilgrims - all this has turned into the best impressions of a vacation in this country. In general, as a very seasoned traveler, Abkhazia surprised me with its beauty, greenery, palm trees, the purest turquoise sea, very friendly people and very low prices! Of all the cities of Abkhazia that we visited, we liked Gagra the most: for its beauty, comfort, beaches, views, infrastructure, proximity to Adler airport, etc. A particularly vivid impression is a parachute flight over the beaches of Gagra - 8 minutes, 100 meters, incredible bird's-eye views (at a price 2 times lower than in Adler!). In general, we recommend that everyone have a great rest in Gagra and use the services of the Bestuzhevsky Courtyard hotel.

We stayed at this hotel in the summer of 2018, a wonderful, clean and cozy hotel, delicious and homemade food. I really liked the territory, the well-groomed garden, the Playground, in the evening we always left the room and sat in the courtyard relaxing from the city. The staff is friendly and friendly, the rooms are spacious and comfortable with a gorgeous view. We really liked it, only positive impressions. If we go to Abkhazia again, we will most likely choose this hotel.
