It's a nice hotel but I feel for the money we paid, we should have gotten free breakfast and been allowed to have a late checkout. They said the hotel was fully booked, which could be true, but they could have at least asked or tried. The neighbors also leaked water on us and when I called about it, they were very vague and said a plummer would come but didn't tell us if they would go to the upstairs room or ours. It was late at night, they could have at least apologised for that. Good location though. Overall, it's very convenient and comfortable.

Hotel nice but service is dreadful. We found the rooms spacious, clean and well maintained. However, upon approaching the reception we were greeted with stoic, unfriendly faces and non-welcoming stares. We thought this was a one off but each time we approached reception it was the same. I would not recommend this hotel for that fact alone. The restaurant was worse with the poorest service I’ve seen in the many places we’ve traveled.

Friendly atmosphere and helpful staff. Always had my 2 bottles of water served on a daily basis (I prefer no cleaning during my stay). Really large bathroom and fantastic view on Nevskiy prospect. Good breakfasts. Especially I would like to thank Eleonora, Olga and Elina for their help during my stay. Will definitely come back again!
