Excellent hotel, great service, quiet, clean, very beautiful, outdoor outdoor swimming pool, good gym! Located right in Academic City, on the territory of Dubai Universities and colleges, there is a wonderful area for walking around. If you have a car, you can get to the best beaches of Dubai in 30 minutes!

The hotel is quite remote from the central locations, but you can get to the center by free bus (departs several times a day according to schedule, or by taxi - about 60-90 dirhams, depending on the class and time of the trip). The hotel is very modest, but it has everything you need, including a swimming pool. Although, of course, it is suitable for business trips, since there is no entertainment and large-scale infrastructure around, the development of the area is even very rare. At the same time, there are local cafes and a supermarket with everything you need (in one of the buildings next door, which the windows of the restaurant in the hotel look at). The rooms are large, relatively new, but not very cozy (comfort depends on the type of room and its layout). There are problems in the bathroom - water from the shower flows down to the floor and can accumulate on the floor, making it difficult to use anything in it for a while.
