We really liked the hotel. Everything you need is within walking distance: pharmacies, cafes, shops, shops, a bazaar, a great beach.
Great atmosphere - very attentive and courteous staff. There was a free coffee machine at the reception, with not bad drinks. There is a bar where you can pass the evening. The hall is cool and cozy.
The breakfast is not bad enough, with its variety. However, it is better to come to breakfast early, since, with a large crowd of visitors, you have to wait for them to feed you.
The calm atmosphere is conducive to a measured and peaceful rest.
The room has everything you need.
I would also like to express my gratitude to Timur, the hotel guide from Pegasus. Which helped us a lot in solving our problem. He helped us to contact the insurance company correctly and promptly. To tell the truth, I have not met such responsive and polite employees for a long time.
At the end of my comment, I will say: The hotel is modest, but very homely and cozy. If we go to Phuket again, then only here!
Great hotel! We had a vacation in February 2025. Excellent location- 5 minutes to the sea. There is a busy street nearby with lots of bars, cafes, shops and other infrastructure. There is a night market at the end of this street on Tuesdays and Fridays.
The hotel has friendly, friendly staff. Daily cleaning in the room with a change of towels with the addition of detergents and disposable products. Beautiful hotel grounds. All rooms have a sea view (although it is hardly visible on the lower floors). The breakfasts are quite varied. We had lunch a couple of times in the hotel restaurant, it was delicious. Overall, we are very pleased with the choice of the hotel!
The hotel is great.
Location.Close to the sea, from all shops, from Patong.Deposit 100€ or $.Scales in the lobby, drinks for free in the same place. The contingent is 80% elderly foreigners, so it will be quiet)
The territory is the best for a 3* hotel, three swimming pools, lots of greenery, cascading rooms, the view is gorgeous.
There is a laundry room, 40B for 1 wash. You can also use the dryer, but also for a fee. They give tokens to the reception desk and go choose the washing program yourself. We didn't dry it, everything dried perfectly in the room on hangers, put the air conditioner on the drying program and everything is dry by the evening.
Food. You won't stay hungry.Everything you need for breakfast is there. If you want to have a quiet meal and choose your favorite table, then 7 o'clock is the best time.Later, you can join the queue. But it was convenient for us, we ate at 7, then to the room and to the beach.
We did not see any rats or other animals that the guests write about.Gikonov a couple of times, but even then on the street.
Deluxe room, spacious, 2 blankets on the bed.The air conditioner was working fine. The bed and towels were changed every day, and the tea set was replenished. There are 2 bottles of water, you can top up the lobi if it runs out.The balcony is spacious, there is a dryer and 2 armchairs. You can smoke on the balcony, and an ashtray is brought. An iron and ironing board will be brought to your room if you request.Beach towels are fashionable to take to the beach. There are no beach bags, but there is an umbrella. We didn't use it, it didn't rain in February, and we didn't take sun beds for the sun.
The beach is nearby, we went to its north side, it's on the right. There are fewer people along the lake, in the shade, and in this direction, therefore, the sun beds are not so close to the sea, 200 meters by 2x, so when the tide turned, the water did not reach us, 1 row.
There were different people in the cafe. The only thing I didn't like was Sabai Cafe. Exit the hotel to the right, and make the first right turn. All the waiters are unhappy, there were 6 of us, they never sat us down, there were seats, but they told us no and showed us to the exit. Further along the same side there is a wonderful cafe with live music.
We mostly ate along the street to the temple, look where there are people and go ahead)The prices are approximately the same. We had lunch at a cafe opposite the beach, where there is a lake.
I read reviews, and I'm surprised everyone wants a higher room with a view of the sea.Above the room, it's either on foot or by elevator, in the heat of +35, we had a room on the line with the first pool, a view of the lake and the road, gorgeous, even if you go out naked, no one in the hotel will see you. We were in the room at lunch...we slept, and we slept at night, too, these are retired foreigners sitting in a hotel and not going anywhere, this is not Turkey, this is a resort where you only sleep in a room, so we didn't care what kind of view.We didn't hear any noise, the doors were closed.
I recommend booking the hotel in advance, it has already been in stock for 5 months.
