Very nice hotel with excellent high-level service. Breakfast is just fine, everything one needs is present: omelet, boiled eggs, sausages, vegetables, tea, coffee, various cheeses, etc. Its main strong point is its location: you can go anywhere you want by train or by tram, everything is in close proximity. The staff is amiable. It is clean everywhere. All in all, it significantly contributed to my positive experience of Istanbul.

Best hotel! The wonderful staff is ready to help with any questiins. Everywhere is clean. Delicious breakfast. Comfortable beds. My friend had a birthday-hotel give her a gift.

We stayed at this hotel on 06/10/2024 - 06/17/2024. This is the fourth time in Istanbul, so we chose a place, we lived in room 101, everything is clean, the plumbing is fine, the room is a little cramped, but we were in it for a short time, so it's not critical. The location is great, there is everything from the exchanger, restaurants, cafes, alcohol market, shopping center, tram and metro within walking distance. For breakfast, as always, everyone in Istanbul was not normally hungry. We went to eat early (time difference), we had to wait for fresh bread. Room cleaning on demand, you press the button in the morning, everything happens during the day. The staff is responsive, the girl speaks Russian. Among the disadvantages, there were tables under the windows and until 2 a.m. we drank tea there and smoked a lot, we were non-smokers, so there was discomfort. I recommend the hotel, we are going in December, it is under consideration.
