Great hotel! Above all praise ! We had a rest in 2019. Great location, everything is within walking distance, but at the same time it is not noisy. The studio room is just flying away! A huge bed and its own kitchen. We even sometimes cooked fish or other seafood that you can buy at the Market. The food in the hotel is also at a decent level! If in Salou, then only to this hotel!!!

In general, the hotel justifies its 4 stars. There is a private swimming pool, entertainment program in the evening. The public beach is within walking distance. Own restaurant, with a good breakfast and dinner. We didn't take lunch, so I can't comment. Nice rooms, friendly staff. There are shops with vegetables and fruits within walking distance, as well as the bus station, from which excursions to Barcelona, Port Aventura and other cities depart.

I rested at this hotel with my family probably 7 times. The three of us, in an extended group, with friends. The price-quality ratio is optimal. The location is excellent, the third line from the sea, close to shops and other joys, but quiet and peaceful. BusPlana bus stop is nearby. After the renovation in 2017, the number of stars of the hotel has increased, now 4, updated what needed updating, great! Yes, one more thing, the studios are equipped with a kitchen with a stove, refrigerator and microwave. It is also worth noting the chic spacious balconies. The rooms are also quite big for Europe. I recommend it!

The hotel is good, 4 or 4+ out of 5. You can safely recommend it as a good hotel. Most recently it was three-star, now it has 4 stars. Recently it was renovated. The rooms are ordinary. The room has a safe, refrigerator, kitchenette. One of the features is the installation of a TV on the wall of the closet, which stands in the middle of the room. As a result, you can't see the TV from the bed at all, and you can't watch it from the sofa for a long time - everything hurts after the sofa. There are 2.5 Russian channels. But the TV is big and with USB and you can make your own movies. There is wi-fi in the room, but as usual it catches very poorly and cleanly under the watsap. In the lobby, the Internet is slow by about 100 kb.
The breakfasts are standard, now there is champagne and mineral water. Sometimes decent watermelons or melons. Dinner is better, they try to change the menu every day. But the choice is not very big. However, you won't leave hungry. It's better to be ready for the opening and immediately pick up yummy things before they run out. By the second week, the food starts to get boring. And the cook does not have enough soul in cooking. Pay attention to the dishes - it can be dirty. And attention to dishes can be spoiled.
The staff is normal.
The hotel itself is conveniently located. It's close to the sea. Exactly the middle of the beach. It's about 900 m to the cliff on the left. There is also a bus station nearby (Reus, Tarragona). And the train station is not far away - Barcelona is 2 hours away.

We stayed at the Best Da Vinci Royal Hotel from August 19th to 30th, 2019. We rented two rooms - for 2 and for 3 people. A smaller room was ordered with the status of "studio" - so that the room must have a kitchen. we wrote to the hotel administration that we ask them to put us closer to each other. We were accommodated in neighboring rooms, both "studios". The room has a 2-seater bed, a sofa, a coffee table, a TV, a wardrobe, a safe, air conditioning, a plastic table and armchairs on the balcony. The kitchen is equipped with 2 comfortable electric tiles, sink, microwave, small refrigerator. From the dishes: a saucepan for 3-4 liters, a ladle for 1.5-2 liters (boiled water for tea / coffee in it, knives, forks, spoons, teaspoons, wine glasses, glasses, cups for tea / coffee (all 3-4 pcs.), there was a corkscrew. Knives are the ones you use to eat, you can't cut raw food with them. We brought a small kitchen knife with us, it came in handy. At lunch, we cooked in the room either the simplest second course, or soup for 2 days.
We cleaned the room every day, made the beds, changed the towels, replenished the shampoo and gel set (by the way, good quality). In the bathroom, the shower is behind a plastic fence, there is a window that can be opened for ventilation so that steam does not constantly stand there.
We had paid for breakfast and dinner, we liked everything. At breakfast, the food was repeated, but there were many different ones, we alternated what exactly we took, we didn't get bored. Cheeses - 2 types in total. Dinner at the hotel is themed every day. The cuisine changed - Spanish, Italian, Mexican, Asian, etc. The waiters were dressed in new uniforms each time, according to the theme of the evening.
I list everything in detail for information, because I was rushing around before the trip, reading reviews, trying to figure out if I needed to take something with me.
And I would like to say about the special atmosphere of goodwill from all the hotel staff - at the reception, the cleaners, and most importantly - the staff at the restaurant. There was a pleasant aftertaste, as if we were visiting a good friendly hospitable family.
The impressions of the hotel are only the most positive.

Great hotel. 3 minutes to the sea. The food was varied, everything was delicious. Swimming pool , animation.The room is cozy, clean, with a balcony, there is a safe, refrigerator, kettle, hairdryer, iron on request, air conditioning. Our family was very comfortable in this hotel.

An excellent hotel for a relaxing holiday, very good food, decent rooms, a cultural program every evening, but it will be interesting for mature guests, although once a week there is a karaoke evening, and once every two weeks flamenco is given. There is a nice pool and sun loungers in the courtyard of the hotel. But the main advantage is the location: 5 minutes to the beach and even less to the bus station, from where you can take regular buses to the nearest towns.
