The food isn't what it used to be. Much worse than a year ago. And the service is really bad. At some point when I was eating my meal, they brought me what I didn't order. Took minutes to clarify the situation. They didn't even apologize for the inconvenience caused. And when I went to pay the bill and told my table number, the cashier said there was nothing registered for that table. It's just a mess. Sad to see the downfall of this brand...
Food is good, but it is not really consistent. Service is not really the best, you have to wait a lot for the waiter to get your order, if you are there for lunch.
It is located in the city center, it is very atmospheric, you can feel the national flavor, the hall is beautiful and cozy, as for pilaf, I like wedding pilaf, it's delicious, I also like the salad very much, there is not much parking by the road. The service is always different, most of them are served by guys, but the last time they were served by girls, the girls are cowards, they came up every 10-15 minutes and asked if everything was okay, maybe they needed something. 🔥
A wonderful branch of tourist restaurants - all in the best traditions of high-quality acquaintance with the main dish of Uzbek cuisine. You can try 3-4 types of pilaf and watch the cooking process, thanks to the open kitchen. Generally speaking, a besh goat is 5 cauldrons, but I have never seen 5 types there at the same time. Maybe it was just bad luck;-)

Excellent branch of Besh Qozon Restaurant!
Today I visited a relatively new branch of the Besh Qozon restaurant chain and was very pleased! This place is in no way inferior to other restaurants in the chain — all the food was incredibly delicious. The atmosphere is pleasant, the service is excellent. I really liked the way everything is organized, and I will be happy to come back here again.
I recommend it to anyone who appreciates quality food.
Cozy atmosphere, fast service and most importantly delicious pilaf! Tables at a convenient distance from each other! Besh kozon has been getting better and better since the rebranding. A special pilaf with olive oil is perfect for lovers of less fatty pilaf!

It's a pity that I didn't have much time in this place and didn't try more dishes)) I managed to try the signature pilaf, salad with tomatoes, compote and flatbread.... Now I remember and I want to go there again.
I was in another branch earlier, and this one also left a pleasant impression. The pilaf, as always, is at the highest level — the rice is crumbly, the taste is rich, everything is very tasty!
The only caveat was with the service: we got a new waiter who made a mistake with the orders — he didn't punch something, he punched something wrong. This caused a slight misunderstanding, but to be honest, it didn't spoil the taste of the pilaf.

The place is very cozy, pleasant atmosphere, beautiful decoration and good service! Unfortunately, the expectation of pilaf was not fulfilled. According to the stories and reviews, I expected a culinary masterpiece, but alas! It tasted better in Samarkand. Actually not bad, but not wow!

The reviews about this place are exaggerated, this is an ordinary canteen where only pilaf is cooked, it is of course very tasty, and the place is worth a visit. We were only a few hours away and went to dinner, if we had known, we would have chosen another place where there is a large selection, in general everything is fine, but it's a shame that we didn't try a variety of dishes that convey the whole flavor of the country.

Delicious , clean , and beautiful . Much better than the Besh Cauldron on the TV tower. I think that Samarkand pilaf is one of the most delicious in the city.

Beshkazan Glinka - everything that is great is just a place. It is clear that the owners tried to make a cozy place, and they did it perfectly. But the clueless staff (waiter and manager) and the terrible pilaf ruined all these efforts. I ordered 3 different pilafs (wedding, cheikhana and zigir) and they all cooled down when they were served, even when they were asked to warm up somehow, they were served in the same form anyway. Not with my foot anymore. The bill was over 200 K.
The best pilaf is here. The service is great, the location is excellent, the atmosphere is excellent. Order pilaf and enjoy it, but the best pilaf is here.
