Cons: small territory, terrible food, (delicious only on the beach), attitude of the reception staff, extortion of money, no normal entertainment, concert program for people 50+, I advise you to avoid the Italian restaurant altogether. Greek is great.

As we wrote in the reviews earlier, the impression of the Rasim guide from anex is not the most pleasant. We do not recommend buying excursions from him. We bought an excursion to the Green Canyon ourselves on the website at a price 2 times cheaper.
The food is delicious and fresh. I really liked that they cook on the beach according to orders, and there is no food in the open air.
Cocktails at the bar are varied, they are made to suit every taste.
At dinner, very tasty Turkish sweets and baklava melt right in your mouth.

We rested there in October from the 15th to the 24th, in principle, it's not bad, the rooms are new, the staff is excellent. The territory is small. In the evenings it became cool, they asked for blankets, but they told us that there were no blankets, only bedspreads and that's it and duvet covers. The food is monotonous, almost the same thing every day, there is no seafood except fish. The soup has one name, just starch diluted in water, sometimes pieces of chicken or Mushrooms floated, it depends on the name of the soup.
We had a room with a view of the pool and here the minus is that the music beats until 12 o'clock at night practically, and those who had a room on the other side were attacked by mosquitoes.
Let's go further, alcohol is only local, if you want imported something like a red label or some kind of whiskey, please pay.

We had a family vacation here in October. The hotel presents itself as a 5+ ultra all inclusive and first line, but our opinion is 4 firm! Let me explain why:
1. There are only 2 water slides and they are so small and not interesting.

7. The staff itself is polite and responsive, but few people speak Russian and poorly.

I really liked the way we rested at Berry. There were three of them: two adults and a 5-year-old child. We stayed for 12 nights. They ate delicious and varied meals. Side dishes: rice, potato slices, stewed vegetables, grilled vegetables. A large selection of salads with fresh vegetables and dressings.
I liked the cafe in the lobby. It opened at 09:00. I was waiting for this time to drink coffee, because I didn't like the coffee on the buffet. In addition, in the same cafe from 15:00 it was possible to choose cakes. My daughter and I enjoyed trying different cakes.
Many people note the pleasant smell in the lobby. I remember him too. I liked the fact that the lobby is spacious, there are sofas, tables, it's cool there and, in general, it was nice just to walk through it on the way to the beach.
We tried to walk to the sea. But it happened that a buggy caught up with us, the driver offered us a ride, and for some half a minute or a minute we rolled to the sea. The beach is spacious with a wide coastline. There were strong waves several times. We didn't even swim for one day. But it was just nice to stay on the shore and breathe the sea air. There is sand and small pebbles on the beach. There is no entertainment as such. A couple of times we saw a camel being escorted along the beach and offered to ride. If you want a thrill, you can take a ride on a paraglider.
I was worried about what would happen in the vicinity of our hotel. Will I find a pharmacy there, will there be a store? Firstly, there is a bus stop right in front of the hotel. For 35 lira (about one dollar), you can drive to the nearest cities of Side or Manavgat. 15 minutes and you're there. To get to Side, you need to take the 11th bus. Part of Side is an ancient city, in fact, an open-air museum. Visiting the ancient city is free, with the exception of some monuments, such as the amphitheater. Bus 2 takes you to Nova Mall, a large shopping mall. The 10th bus will take you back to the hotel. But there is also a market and a pharmacy near the hotel. They are cleaned every day. The bar is mostly filled with local alcohol, some bartenders are very active and cheerful and will always hear and understand what is needed. There is one bartender who does not serve girls and women in principle, all attention is paid only to men. The beach is 7 minutes walk from the hotel, there is a small bug every 5 minutes. The beach is sandy with an edge by the sea with pebbles, large stones and slabs under the water, you need to be careful. At the check-out, they asked in advance if there were scales, they told us that there were, but when it was necessary to measure the luggage, they said that there was not yet and they were indignant at our pressure. The issue was resolved only thanks to the manager. She found the right batteries very quickly. Due to the fact that there was a misunderstanding at the reception due to the scales, we were not escorted or helped with our luggage.

We stayed at the hotel in mid-October 2024.
I must say right away - the weather is gorgeous, it's not very hot in the afternoon (+28, +30), in the evening (+20, +22). The sea is warm, sometimes there were waves in the evening.
The hotel is cool, clean, the windows and floors are washed (the only thing is a dirty carpet in the hallway on the floors)
The food is very tasty, not to say that there is a very wide variety (there is meat, fish, no seafood, a lot of salads, there are soups)
The beach is sandy and galician, gorgeous sunsets, there is a beach bar and food (burgers, French fries, pizza, pasta). From 11 they cook guzleme (tortillas with chocolate / greens and cheese / meat / potatoes), it's very tasty, but there's a queue behind them
The contingent is mostly Russians, Poles, and even Germans have been heard
The room has all the necessary accessories (slippers, cotton pads, cotton buds, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel). They clean every day, everything was fine with us
There is a bus to Novamall (shopping center, where there is H&M, starbucks) (I don't remember the number exactly, I can check at the reception), it takes 15 minutes to go, the stop is right in front of the hotel. We also went to the old town, I advise you - a beautiful embankment, many small shops (there is also a bus to the city from the same stop, it takes about 15-20 minutes to go too)
We were well received at the reception, all problems were solved (even the bug was kicked out, which flew into our room)
In general, the hotel is cool, I advise you!

The hotel turned out to be much better than I expected for the money spent. I am very pleased, I was in Turkey for the first time, before that we had rested only in Europe and Cuba. Good service, excellent food, there were no ill-mannered Tagil-like tourists. We arrived at night- a restaurant was opened especially for us, although it was already quite night-for this a separate like. We came with a 5-month-old child, and everything was very comfortable. A good place for a relaxing family holiday.

A calm, instagrammed hotel.
No, this is not a 5ka with Imported alcohol and aperol as in Moscow Time (at 780p). All drinks are local. Any cocktail, including an aperol, looks like those, but tastes like something distant, but pleasant and did not occur to me!
Sea. Clean, azure, sunset, pebbles, pebbles and there are pieces from the slabs. The sea often shortens. This is not a straight sandbox and went to the horizon.

A very nice little hotel. It is very green and quiet around, 5’ walk to the sea or 1’ by golf car. Decent new rooms, if with mountain views, then it's quiet and not hot. Excellent spa area. And good food.

I'll start with the pros:
Very well-maintained, green and beautiful territory of the hotel.
There are several spacious pools, and there are a sufficient number of sun beds specifically on the territory of the hotel.
Good and quite varied food (except breakfast).
◦ Alcohol, its quality, variety and availability of imported beverages.
Unlimited and delicious ice cream.
◦ A good lobby bar and a beach bar (there are also delicious snacks on the beach, I recommend tuna salad).
◦ Very warm sea, sandy beach, although the entrance is pebbly, but comfortable for the feet, even special shoes are not needed.
There are several hotel employees who greatly save the overall impression of the hotel and the staff. I would like to say a special thank you to the bartenders Volkan, Suleiman, Aytach and barledi Selim, the waiter on the beach Mehmed and the guys who organize football and water polo (unfortunately, I did not remember their names).
On the first day there were problems with the air conditioner - it turned off automatically and there was nothing to breathe at night, after our appeal, this problem was solved quickly enough, during the day.
Minuses:
Wi-Fi works poorly, in the first days it practically did not work.
The dishes are very dirty. The glasses are all stained with fingerprints / lipstick, because they are not normally washed, but simply rinsed in water, because of this I caught stomatitis (thanks for not herpes or worse).
My husband and I were not included in the list of newlyweds, although we warned about this in advance, and even there was a note in the voucher, respectively, there was no present from the hotel.
◦ The room was given with a view of the pool, although they paid specifically for the garden so that it would not be noisy. The minus of the room with a view of the pool is a very loud daily animation until 24:00, no earplugs will help, take this into account. On the day we left the hotel, we had to get up at 4 a.m., and we couldn't fall asleep until the animation ended.
It smells bad in the corridors, some kind of sewer.
The bathrooms stink too.
◦ The soap has not been changed once, we washed our hands with a stub.
◦ The rooms are poorly cleaned, the floors are not washed at all, the dust is not wiped, the bed linen is not changed.
There is no sound insulation in the rooms at all, on the first night after arrival they fell asleep to the stormy moans and screams from the next room.
The staff and service are mostly so-so, it feels like you're being done a favor. I listed the good guys above in the pros. Many people do not know any language other than Turkish.
The breakfasts are bad, it is simply impossible to drink coffee either in the main restaurant, at the bar, or in a cafe.
The sun beds on the beach and next to the pools are always busy.
There may not be enough towels and you will have to wait for them for an HOUR.
◦ Spa is one name, for 10k rubles you will be sent to the sauna for 10 minutes, washed with soap and smeared with oil, there is not even a smell of massage there.
◦ The main restaurant may smell of vomit smells, rotten, etc.
The sink in the room was propped up with a wooden board)))
◦ The water pressure in the shower is very weak.
On the territory of the sea allocated to the hotel, 80% of the area is occupied by a huge traumatic stone, so everyone is piled up by 20%.
The shower on the beach is icy.
It was said that the hotel had been completely renovated, but in fact only cosmetic repairs.
In summary, the hotel is worth the money, they position themselves as 5*, but I would give 4 with a stretch.

The hotel is excellent: the rooms are new, the reception quickly resolves issues.
Comfortable mattresses and pillows, no blankets - only thin blankets. The conditioner cools, but not much - at night they were not afraid to catch a cold because of it.
The food is delicious: my eyes do not run away, but I did not get tired of it in a week. The meat and fish menu is a little different every day: beef stroganoff, kebabs, steaks. Amazing baklava!
The sea is 2 minutes away by car from the hotel or 5-7 minutes on foot. There is a large stove on the beach, we went in from the side. The approach itself is quite abrupt.
There is a bar at the pool, in the lobby and on the beach. The territory is small and well maintained. You can go to antique Side or Novomol by minibus, the bus stop is nearby. The fare costs 35 lira (August 2024), they accept euros/dollars, they go quite often, we never waited longer than 5-7 minutes. The nearest exchanger was found in Side.
The most important thing is the attitude, it is very good here (except for the guide from annex Rasim and one of the porters, who begged for tea. Unpleasant people who you'd rather forget. Everyone else is very hospitable and tries to help)
Some of the staff understands some words in Russian, the girl at the reception partially speaks. Everyone I've met understands English.
Wifi in the room, on the territory and on the beach was enough for me to use social networks.
Overall, a very decent hotel, our stay was a success, thank you)

A small, cozy boutique hotel.
We had a family vacation in July 2023. The hotel has been renovated. Fresh, clean. Perfect linen, towels, daily cleaning. The restaurant is focused on proper nutrition: grilled vegetables and meat/ fish in abundance and for every taste. I would also like to mention Marina, the customer service administrator, who is responsive, happy to help tourists of different nationalities, ready to help at any moment (I was surprised how at 43 degrees she was looking for lost Poles on the beach). At the reception, the guys explained in Russian how to get to various places and called a taxi. The hotel and the service made a favorable impression, I want to return to this place.

The hotel is newly furnished, small, cozy. I am writing from a taxi from the airport. I'm carrying the freshest impressions) we got there before the arrival of a large number of people, and it was comfortable, but otherwise, it's definitely huge queues at the bar and always occupied sun beds.
But in general, everything is not even bad. We were with the children, we didn't get out of the pools. And so, of course, it would be boring as much as possible. We have been staying at this hotel for 4 days. I usually never leave reviews, but here I just wanted to. This is not the first time in Turkey, there is something to compare it with. “Berry” is not only about a beautiful picture, but the picture here is very beautiful. Everything in the hotel is beautiful to the smallest detail. They are really trying here.
The hotel itself is beautiful, wonderful, delicious and beautiful cocktails are made in the "lobby bar" (I want to mention the Burak bartender separately, he is just a pro in his field). They also make good coffee at the Mary Berry Coffee shop. The food is varied, every day there is fish, beef, turkey/chicken, fresh/grilled vegetables, fruits, a variety of desserts and pastries. Yes, there are no shrimp, mussels, rapans, etc., but believe me, you will not be hungry. Baklava for dinner is just something incredible. Since we are not picky about food, and we did not come here to eat, but to rest, we were quite full. About animation, there is daytime and evening animation, quite decent, not intrusive (before that we were in another hotel, they impose it there). Evening animation until 23.00/23.30 If you are eating "hang out until you drop", this is not here. There is a measured rest here. At the same time, it is decent, without "tagil" and other things. As for the rooms, the rooms are modern, clean. We lived on the 5th floor overlooking the pool. The sound insulation is good. The air conditioner works quite well. The pressure in the shower is very good. The cleaning is good. As for the beach, walk for 7 minutes, if at a very measured pace, then 10 minutes. There are also shuttles every 10 minutes in my opinion, but we walked. As for the entrance, if you go directly through the bar and take a little to the left, then the entrance is a little bit of stones (small), then sand, but the entrance is too sharp, but you don't need to go far. If you take it to the right, there is a stove. I didn't go in there myself, but my husband came in, everything is fine, no one was injured, and when you swim, the stove is no longer felt. What I want to say in general is that whoever goes with what mood gets it. Considering that the prices in Turkey, in principle, are no longer the ones that we used to see about 5 years ago, this hotel is decent for the money. Everyone can find nuances and find fault with something, but believe me, even in luxury hotels there are disadvantages. We will return to this hotel again and recommend it to all our friends. We are currently resting at the hotel. Yes, the case is new. But when checking in, there were no bathroom accessories, a bathrobe and slippers. The bar is filled once, but it is not staffed either. Everything has to be mined. The food in the restaurant is scarce. The omelet for breakfast is almost cold. One kind of juice. The coffee in the coffee machine is powdered. The territory is very small. There is nowhere to walk. And I don't even want to talk about the beach. dirty sunbeds stand close to each other. Umbrellas are not covered from the sun. It is very beautiful and aesthetically pleasing. There is a sense of exclusivity) because there are still few people. Everyone I talked to on vacation is very happy with the hotel. I doubted about the 2 lines, but electric cars run often, but it's not stressful to walk. I liked the beach, the sea is beautiful and clean, the entrance is small pebbles, the beach itself is sand. In some places, there are some kind of slabs, I don't know how to describe them, or large flat stones. But move a little to the left or right and they are not there. As a result, so far the price of the hotel is the same and few people are definitely worth visiting here. I am here with two children aged 8 and 15, they are also happy with everything) we usually do not swim in pools, I am afraid of any infection, but here, because of the sparseness, we change locations, beach pools, water slides. There are a lot of children, but it will also be interesting for young people here. As someone wrote earlier, do not pay attention to the reviews of previous years.
