On April 21, an order was placed for 2 sets of strawberries with delivery on April 26 (from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.). We received a call at about 6.30 pm, to which we were told that the manager had missed our order! We agreed that they would do it and bring it before 20.00.
We warned them not to be late, because after that we would not be at the specified address (we ordered for work). The phone was unavailable between 7:45 p.m. and 7:55 p.m. The company could not be contacted. At 20.00 (+- couple of minutes) They called us back and said they would bring us in 20 minutes! Although it was said that we will wait until 20.00!
The impression is ruined, no gifts were given to colleagues!
The order was accepted, and delivery for the holiday was agreed. They were not delivered by the appointed time, and they did not warn about the problems. They promised to fix the situation, but they did not get in touch.
I don't recommend it.
Strawberries are delicious, even very much for their price. The bouquet in the photo cost 75p/19 strawberries. However, it was problematic to place an order - unfortunately, it is very difficult to contact the managers on Instagram, constant ignoring, somehow the order was made, customer orientation 3/10
