My favorite restaurant in Tbilisi!
The atmosphere (I especially like the veranda on the 2nd floor), the food, large portions and very affordable prices.
The most delicious khinkali and khachapuri I've tasted in Georgia.
Excellent staff (there is no "other" attitude towards Russians). Yes, shish kebab is not their specialty, but in Tbilisi as a whole it is not easy to find a place where delicious shish kebab is prepared, but Georgia is famous not for shish kebab, but for completely different dishes - they are very tasty in this restaurant.
We found this restaurant by chance and went in. The Georgian cuisine here is incredibly delicious, khinkali is just amazing, lamb is the most delicious in Tbilisi!!! The waiters speak Russian, they are polite, and we didn't wait long for our order. We recommend it 100%!!!
Thank you very much to this institution for the warm, friendly atmosphere
The best restaurant in Tbilisi!
Every evening we rested only here
Delicious food (salads, ojahuri, khachapuri and khinkali)
Delicious alcohol- beer/wine/chacha!
We got to know all the staff!
Many thanks to George - a wonderful waiter, for whom I want to return to this institution! You will be lucky if he is the one who will serve you!
On your next trip, look forward to visiting again!
Pure 5. Georgian classics. Great beer. The choice is amazing, even my IPA. Georgian salad is just a dressing. How did you do it? ;)! Space. I liked khachapuri. I've heard about a bunch of classic haya restaurants, over three visits, and 18 restaurants in the trial - the most delicious here!!!!
It's a very decent restaurant. We've been in it a few times. The kitchen is very high quality. Service - corresponds to the status of the restaurant. I would like to point out separately that if you speak mostly Russian, there are waiters who are ready to hear you... And they're taking your table service...
well done!!!
Great place! Of all the places I've been, it's also the cheapest (because, as it turned out, it's expensive to eat in Georgia) and here it's super! I recommend khinkali with cheese 10/10, all khinkali can be taken from 5 pieces. Delicious chicken kebab, cooked quickly , there were no problems to sit down, a cool place , recommended 💋
Not a bad cuisine, delicious khinkali, large portions. Very good staff, always polite and attentive. The place is popular with the locals, and I think this is a good indicator. The only thing that is always a little frustrating is the lack of love for details. For example, they do not heat bread, they do not have fragrant oil in the salad and tomatoes are ordinary, imported. Soup without potatoes and beef in the soup that is impossible to chew (seriously, I did not succeed). Unfortunately, they also don't have breakfast. Overall, I like this place, but there are items that I no longer order.
Not a bad place. I recommend. Excellent khinkali (especially with mushrooms) and the atmosphere is cool. The place is atmospheric - music, Georgians themselves like to eat there. There was a solid company at the birthday party.
A very pleasant place! Inexpensive, tasty, satisfying, friendly staff. Wine 15 lari saperavi per liter, a fairy tale! We went here on a working day, there were no empty seats, but on a first-come, first-served basis, we were given a table within 20 minutes. I recommend fried suluguni separately.
Very tasty khinkali, khachapuri, lobio, pickles. We went for 2 days in a row, there is a Russian-speaking staff. Apparently dog friendly. Visitors with dogs were seen on both days.
We live not far from the institution, we go to Bernard quite often and always with great pleasure. It is always very tasty, the staff is polite and almost everyone speaks Russian, the prices are average. There is a nice park nearby, after a hearty dinner we go to spend calories 😊
It's a good restaurant, but it can be very crowded, you have to wait up to 30 minutes to get inside. But the service is fast, the cafe has Wi-Fi for those whose phones refuse to work abroad. I have never tried the varied menu of Georgian cuisine, but I intend to return to Tbilisi once again and finish studying the menu of this cozy restaurant.
Delicious. Average prices. There is quite a wide selection on the menu. There are many friendly waiters. The service is quite fast, despite the fact that the restaurant is quite popular and there are few free tables.
We tried khinkali with meat, and they were the best during our entire trip to Georgia! The dough is so tender, it doesn't tear, and the broth is delicious. Everything is as it should be!

Terrible service - we won't come here anymore.
We have been to the Bernand cafe (Tbilisi, Tatishvili str., 16A) more than once, we always liked the food, the interior was pleasant, the prices were adequate. But one situation negated everything that made us come back here.
A friend came to Georgia — they wanted to meet, chat, and have a delicious meal. We chose Bernand as a place where we have already been. We wanted her to have a good impression of the cuisine and the atmosphere. But it ended in complete disappointment.
What happened:
The three of us came. They ordered khinkali, several dishes, and among the drinks they said: beer, compote, Margarita. The word "pizza" did not sound at all. The waiter did not repeat the order, did not specify anything and left.
(By the way, during the +-10 visits, we never asked about allergies or intolerance, keep this in mind.)
When the food started to arrive, some of the dishes and the cocktail were missing. We waited 20 minutes and decided to check with another waitress. They said that some dishes and Margaritas were not brought. She asked again:
"Pizza Margarita?"
We replied:
— No, a Margarita cocktail.
She nodded and left. We thought that the misunderstanding had been resolved.
But the same waiter returned and announced from the doorway:
— You ordered pizza Margarita.
We: — No, we meant a cocktail.
And he gives out:
— You should have clarified.
I'm sorry, but isn't the waiter obligated to clarify if he's not sure about the order? We shouldn't be guessing that you have several items with the same name on your menu. Other than that, we didn't even know that pizza was being prepared here. And in their menu itself, the cocktail is called "Margarita", and the pizza is "Pizza Margarita", if you get to the wording, then the waiter was told simply "Margarita", as in the menu. A frank argument began. The waiter was nervous, blaming, making excuses, and raising his voice. No apologies, just irritation and passive aggression.
After he leaves, we watch as he tells the situation to the administrator (or the manager), but no one approaches us. A couple of minutes later, a Margarita pizza is ostentatiously brought to the table, despite the fact that we have clarified 5 times that we ordered a cocktail.
We said:
— So be it. Wrap it up, we won't eat it here.
We were silently packed and put on the table. Not a single word. No attempt to resolve the conflict.
I say:
— We are ready to pay for the pizza, but the waiter made a mistake. No one even admitted guilt. They also raised their voice.
Answer: nods and again — "you didn't specify."
And that's not all.:
The next table was listening to the conversation. The woman began to ostentatiously groan and sigh, then said something to the waitress in Georgian. She turned to us and said:
"She says the waiter didn't scream."
(He wasn't shouting—he was pushing, accusing, and raising his voice, which is no better.)
Later, the same waitress tells us:
— The Georgians will be on the side of "their own" in a controversial situation. So she was just protecting the waiter.
Seriously? That is, even if the client is right, are you still on the employee's side just because he is "one of your own"? It looked like a biased attitude towards the guests based on nationality, rather than an attempt to objectively sort it out.
At the end, she says:
— You are to blame, and we are equally to blame. Just a misunderstanding.
And he leaves. Without emotion. Without a desire to settle the situation.
That waiter didn't show up at all anymore. We paid for everything, including the pizza we hadn't ordered, and left in silence. But the feeling remained — we were slandered, accused, and also made extreme and did not even apologize. We also had to pay for the pizza, which we hadn't ordered.)
Result:
The food is delicious.
The service is disgusting.
There is no responsibility.

The atmosphere is ruined.
If you don't want to spoil your evening, stay away from Bernand))))
Neither we nor our friends will come here anymore. One evening ruined everything. I hope the management will think about it.
Great. A huge portion of salad and kharcho soup with large pieces of meat. Delicious chacha, soft and pleasant. She was served by a polite and pleasant woman. Thank you 🍀
It looks very much like a pub. The usual one. The yard.
I didn't really understand the Vibe of the establishment, due to the fact that I probably don't drink.
But the location in the park is very good, there is nothing else at all similar, only coffee shops without food, and there is a menu here.
It's a good place with reasonable prices, its own brewery, the beer is delicious, the food is excellent both in taste and appearance))located in a residential area (we were looking for something near the house) In general, we are satisfied
Clean, fast, delicious. There is a terrace downstairs and on the second floor. They let me on the terrace with a big dog. Surprisingly, the beer selection is wider both in taste and volume than usual in Georgia. Tips 12%
A nice modern restaurant with delicious cuisine. There are a lot of people, it is advisable to book in advance. The staff is very polite. I recommend it!
12/24.23 for the first time we looked into this cafe as guests of Georgia. We ordered cucumber and tomato salads and a salad of greens + pork kebab. The salads turned out to be just excellent, but the kebab…
6 overcooked pieces with so much fat in them that they barely ate 3 pieces. It's strange, of course. Maybe it was just such a "gift" for us. But anyway, I do not recommend ordering a barbecue here.
Everything else is a credit. Therefore 3
Delicious Khinkali and khachapuri. The Ojahuri may be too salty. The waiters work well, they come up quickly, the food is brought quickly. There is a queue in the evenings.
The food was very, very tasty. We took khinkali, shish kebab, rustic potatoes, and soup.
I take off the star for the service at the very beginning, it's just a nightmare the waiter was horrified. When asked about a free table, he replied that well, there is a table there, but it is not cleaned, well, we need to clean it, he grinned and asked who in our opinion will do it?!? ... no comments
The most delicious khinkali and caesar in Tbilisi) affordable prices, huge portions, a pleasant summer veranda. The restaurant is without pretensions, but cozy and delicious in a family way.
Nice place , lovely staff , clean toilets … but of course the food is just a guard ... caesar salad is just with mayonnaise , beef meat is just boiled beef fried on a skorokhod in my opinion , the owners are Arabs , but it's a pity for Georgians!

We love this place very much, there are often no empty tables.
There is a second floor with umbrellas from the weather.

Very tasty, good beer, it's a pity there is no Georgian. The prices are average. Cozy and beautiful 👍
The beer is good, but the food is not very good. The portions are large, but everything is overcooked. In general, there were not very pleasant impressions. We won't go any more. It looks good, but in fact a dubious institution. In general , the institution BUT - I would call it so
The food was very tasty, they took khinkali, roast meat and a pie with cheese. The price is more than acceptable. The waiter (the adult aunt was very pleasant and courteous, of course they left her tea (although it is sewn into the receipt) I definitely recommend it
We came with our family, including two children, waited a long time for the waiter, asked for a menu or help with connecting wi-fi as there were problems with the qr code of the menu. The waiter, hearing the Russian speech, said dryly in English that he could not help us in any way and immediately left. Apparently, Russians are not welcome in this restaurant. And it looks like it's good, they probably even cook delicious, but alas, they couldn't taste it. Of course, it is not pleasant, and even insulting, there is a good restaurant across the street, where we were kindly received and served. And I do not recommend this one to my compatriots.
We liked the food and the restaurant in general, despite the fact that the waiter - a girl from Armenia did not want to take an order in a Georgian restaurant in Russian, she told us speak English, but we did not lose our heads, we made an order in English. By the end of the evening, we were already communicating perfectly with her in Russian and everyone was satisfied)
