Excellent houses, very close to the sea, the beach is free, empty, clean!
There are few tourists on the line, local ones too, in this regard it is very comfortable.
By houses: garbage is taken out early in the morning, while everyone is asleep, we did not notice. There is no swimming pool on site, I do not understand what is written above in the comments.
A comfortable gazebo, several tables, two refrigerators, plasma - you can sit with the company separately at the table, without disturbing those who cook and have dinner.
The store is nearby, 10 minutes.
The water pressure is OK, the air conditioner is working OK, you can smoke on the balcony at the entrance, for companies it's the most)

There were in 2024, although the houses are new, but there is no care for them, for 10 days, no one has ever cleaned the rooms in the houses from which people left, the bedding lay on the ground for a day in the rain, the garbage from the yard was taken out by the owners only after it began to stink incredibly. The pool, which seems to be for residents, came to swim who is not lazy. Night gatherings of the owners and swimming in the pool at night are generally a separate topic. Yes, the sea is kind of across the road, but there is a fence and you need to walk 300 meters to the passage along the outskirts of the roadway and also covered with cows! Honestly, this is the worst place. There was one plus, this is the sea, but the road to and from it is tin.

New houses, very comfortable, comfortable, the best that we have seen in Abkhazia! The kitchen is on the street with a large TV, the appliances are all new, clean, the sea is across the street. You can't think of a better place! We will definitely come back!
