My wife and I stayed at this hotel from January 18, 2024 to January 21, 2024. It's just the worst hotel I've ever seen in all of Europe. I don't even understand how such a dirty hotel with such a low level of service can exist in the center of Berlin. This hotel undoubtedly wins in the nomination "Big Pigsty". And I'll tell you why. Very "sluggish" employees work at the reception, they do seemingly simple things – they register visitors to the hotel and give out room keys, so this process took us 40 minutes. They just barely hammer on the keys of the computer keyboard as if they see this device (computer) for the first time in my life. The speed of pressing keys on the keyboard is one letter per minute, friends. But it turned out to be just the beginning of our suffering in this hotel. Room cleaning takes place only when you call the reception yourself and complain. The bed is made like in a morgue.... They just pull on a white sheet and that's it. Towels are not given at all. I have to call the reception again and ask them to bring towels. Dirt and dust are everywhere, well, in general, an ideal place for cockroaches, not for people. The bar in the room, you won't believe it, is empty, there is just an empty refrigerator with some kind of sign inside the refrigerator, although for some reason they charge you 200 Euros upon arrival as a deposit. In order not to be unfounded, I shot a video and took a photo inside this hotel from a cafe. Look what's going on there. And it's not Photoshop, I swear to you… That's actually how they live there.…
