The hotel is good.modern.brand new.not far from the sea. The hosts are very hospitable. The rooms are small.but cozy. there is everything you need for a comfortable stay: a refrigerator.electric kettle.hair dryer.air conditioning.TV and so on.. Of the cons: the construction site under the windows. not high-quality room cleaning before our check-in (maybe that's just what we got).some minor flaws: something needs to be tweaked somewhere...fix it and so on... But in general.we recommend it!)) and too picky should look for a 5* hotel...where the cost will be appropriate!
The hotel is super, only positive emotions. The staff is friendly, always helps with everything, advises, organizes excursions at a good price. I advise everyone who is still deciding where to go. 100 meters from the sea.

2 families had a rest in July 2017, cozy, clean rooms. Delicious and inexpensive food on the territory of the hotel. Very helpful hosts. The beach is 100 meters away. We are very satisfied. I recommend it to everyone!
We had a family vacation in July 2016 in Batumi. We rented accommodation, a two-room room with all amenities, in the private sector of Batumi, near the water park and the new boulevard. Very nice hosts, 100 meters to the beach, home cooking, low prices.

Very polite staff, they will tell you where, what, where. The hotel itself is good, only one small elevator, which had to wait a long time and the construction site is all around, it's very noisy during the day!
