A rather weak restaurant, with a claim.
It was vaguely reminiscent of Soviet restaurants from films, but interspersed with expensive decorative elements and furniture.
After leading us to the table, we were offered a stand for bags, but only one, although there were two of us and one of us had a fairly large bag that only fit on the stand. The second one-alas, there was no place left, I had to "layer". Usually you do not need to hint at such moments-in good restaurants, you should pay attention to absolutely all the little things))
I won't describe everything, but after the menu was brought, we waited ... waited a very long time for our order to be accepted…
While they were waiting, they started joking, because it was somehow uncomfortable.
We have already begun to believe that this is a feature and it is so accepted that guests are not approached, but it is necessary to find the button to call the waiter (even felt the back of the table) or even dial the restaurant by phone to invite someone to take an order.
The wait lasted 15 minutes)) And, most likely, it would have lasted longer if they hadn't caught one of the waiters circling in a circle. We circled, but no one came up.
After the order arrived, there were no napkins on the table. They also appeared only after paying attention to it)) Guys, well, the lack of napkins on the table in a restaurant is already such a service)

Ordered:
Beef tartare and French fries-delicious, but the potatoes turned icy after 4 minutes ((
Vitello tonnato - simple, delicious, nothing superfluous
Calf liver in Venetian style - I wanted some kind of complexity, an interesting combination, but no)
Grilled tuna steak in Asian style is delicious, but without pretensions to something high. The Asian style is teriyaki sauce, apparently, and a sprinkle of sesame seeds))) And this very Asian style ended there.
Complex sensations from the atmosphere and music: in some places the music set the background, and in some places they felt more like in a “cafe". I didn't catch the subtle slowness that makes me want to go to restaurants.
By drinks: we chose wines, all were quite perfumed, we liked all the wines from the larger ones, there was a moment when we wanted to hear the opinion of the sommelier (since the waiter could not answer many questions), who seemed to be invited to us, but he was so not noticeable in the hall with a workload of 5-6 at that time tables (where no one asked the sommelier to come to the table), which did not "dock" to our table. I circled around a couple of times, apparently this is a feature of the restaurant and returned to the wine cabinets again)) Or that evening our table would have been marked with a black mark, because with the appearance of some "very dear and beloved guests", the sommelier and the manager just "fluttered" near the table and the wine was poured personally by the sommelier (and not the official), coming every 2-3 minutes to the table)))
As a result: we believe that there are much stronger restaurants in Minsk, both in terms of food, style, service, mood) The opinion is purely personal, but we will not spend time visiting a second time, since in this situation we cannot say that a treasure has been found)))

Quite worthy. Delicious food. I would work on the design of the ice cream. Just putting the mass in a creamer is not enough for the stated level and prices. At least add a sprig of mint on top)

On the weekend we celebrated our wedding with my husband. We wanted to be together on this day. I booked in advance and mentioned what an occasion this is for us. We were given the most luxurious table on the podium, there was live music, very tasty dishes. The service is the highest - delicate and caring, thank you, Alina! And after the hot dishes, a branded Bergamo box was brought to us, in which the restaurant prepared its special gift for us on our holiday. Of course, it wasn't necessary, but it's SO NICE and touching 🥹 mi piace tutto ! Grazie, Bergamo !

We have heard a lot of positive reviews about Bergamo. We called in advance that we would arrive, confirmed that they would put us in the evening without any problems, the kitchen is open until 22:45. We arrived at 22:15, they told us from the threshold that the plans had changed and the kitchen had closed earlier, so they would not give us food😄😄😄 This is the first time we have seen such an attitude. We specially went to feel the gastronomic pleasure through the whole city. We just wasted our time and threw away money for a taxi. Very sorry. I do not recommend it, taking into account the attitude towards customers!

Unfortunately, the restaurant, which is in the top 10 of the city, did not meet expectations. The steak, as if it had been cooked by an intern, turned out to be overcooked and a little dry. The atmosphere suggests that couples are not welcome here — more and more for "companies from the nineties" with their proven scenarios. The prices are not remembered, but even they do not save when instead of delight there is bewilderment. Perhaps intuition is right: a place is based on reputation, not on actual quality. It's a pity, but I'm unlikely to come back.

It's very tasty, and I've tried snacks, soup, and hot dishes. Sometimes there's nice live music - lucky to get there. Good job of the waiters. There is a hall for large companies. They found us a wonderful table for two, where almost no one saw us. It turned out to be a great place for a date.

As a result, I did not understand: either we do not understand the right tastes, or the food (according to our taste) did not have bright tastes. The place is not cheap, but it is not a pity to pay this money for "delicious". The opinion of the whole family was insipid.

An expensive restaurant with delicious food, but no more, ate tastier dishes and at more affordable prices. A rich wine list, the local sommelier knows perfectly well what to recommend. The service is also at a high level, we left a pleasant impression. I didn't like the location of the institution, it was gloomy, there was a dorm next to it and a view from the summer terrace to a gray fence, where some kind of enterprise was located.

To remove the show-offs like "real Italian cuisine", which was not even close and pshaw! The end of an ordinary institution in a student dormitory :))) The last straw was: they brought an Easter cake from Bergamo as a gift. For 50 rubles!!! Guys, at least have a conscience! A standard cake from the store for 5 rubles - You wrapped it in your beautiful piece of paper and poured protein mass on top :)))
