I'll probably be the first to leave a review. As a person who has lived in this village for several years, I was extremely disappointed with the work of the local public service. They have black water regularly. It is not always notified about any repair work. When asked about the causes of dirty water, the dispatcher has a standard answer - "I do not know, no one complains." They can easily turn off both hot and cold water without warning, because someone in the house wanted to install a heated towel rail, and people have to sit without water all day. The dispatcher's answer is "we have the right" (only that very right gives the right to turn off either cold or hot water). I have never seen such disgusting service before, and I sincerely hope that I will not see it again.
