Very good bank, courteous service. Few people. Everything is new and clean. On the downside, it's very hot and the work schedule, up to 18, is very inconvenient.

On May 13, I left a statement and a certificate from the military enlistment office in the bank that my son was serving, so that his loans would be frozen for a year. There is a Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan. They promised that everything would be as expected. As a result, the loan is still valid. The question is why? I'm calling the call center and they can't give me an answer. The phone is stationary- not working How can I contact the responsible person of the Bank?
