We blocked the application due to payment for a transport card, we could not unlock it for 6 days, Saturday and Sunday did not work at all, the support service did not work, it only promised to unlock, did not get through, I had to go to the bank and withdraw money through an application, I do not advise if money is urgently needed and there is no bank nearby. I do not recommend wasting time, nerves and money.
