Sberbank's footprint is more visible than ever. I came to open the card, they said it would take 3 business days for my IIN to be displayed in their system, they can't open anything without it. During this time, I made the cards without any problems at two other banks. Everyone had my IIN displayed and accepted without any problems. Before I left, I went back to them today with full confidence that I would open the card, there were 3 people in the queue in front of me, and the waiting time was 1 hour. And to sum up, my IIN is not displayed in "their" system, the staff wrote to support, I waited about an hour to wait for a response, but it never came, after which it was decided that it was a waste of time.
