An average bank, even below average, may be beneficial for working with Russians, since it is practically the only one that works with the Russian Federation, but as a Kazakh bank it is weak: they will not always tell you how to use banking better and more efficiently, with depasites the problem of closing, volk and delaying the time of withdrawing funds, I have encountered this bank and earlier... I will definitely advise my friends to another bank

I've been there several times.
Clean, no queues. The human attitude of all employees of the bank. From the security guard, who helped get a number for the first time, to the director of the department (I think that's what her position is called), who helped solve a non-standard case.

В Астане в 2014 году на счёт положили деньги в долларах, теперь хотим получить свои деньги снять со счета, но банк не хотят давать, каждый день разные причины находят чтобы не давать мои же деньги. Это тогда было сбербанк, сейчас это береке банк.
