In this department, there are multiple violations of the law, withholding of funds, unjustified illegal blocking of DBS with a refusal to explain the reasons, they do not respond to my letters, they draw a "notice of account closure", but they do not close the account, they force me to suffer, I cannot pay to transfer money to another country for treatment. I was given an ultimatum, which I refused to comply with, as a result of which, as promised, I was forced to close the account. They won't let me transfer to another department. They erase my address data from my personal account so that I cannot use the application. All over the world, such actions are criminalized, but here people are not afraid of anything at all. I hope the top management will read it and contact me. I am served by the people I mentioned at the beginning of the comment. They send me a compliance request in 5 minutes on my knee, where they make a mistake in the amount of 20 times. Yes, exactly 20 times. And they are not afraid of anyone or anything. I highly recommend avoiding this department. Don't go to Private, they won't get off you there. And they don't let me transfer either.
